The first of seven Saturday encounters kicks off at the Stadium of Light as Sunderland entertain Southampton this lunchtime.

Following the Wearside encounter, there are five games to focus on at 3pm, with Arsenal and City’s home clashes against Fulham and Cardiff heavily-backed by Fantasy managers. The evening match at Anfield then follows, as Captain Poll favourite Luis Suarez looks to run riot against Villa’s porous backline.

The Black Cats are looking for a fourth straight win on all competitions and, having already beaten City, Chelsea and United at home under Gus Poyet, they’ll fancy their chances of claiming another scalp against Adam Lallana and co.

This Aguero thing is just another RVP saga.

I brought him in on WC this week for the long term - think it is a transfer that will have to be made at some stage if he stays fit so WC was the time. He is fixture proof anyway and will need game time to get match fit. Might need a bit longer than 50 secs to score this time.

I'm really amused by all the people who don't own Aguero thinking they've got one over on the ones of us who do. I would guess the vast majority of us who brought him in realized the risk and weren't chuffed about it, so why would we be now?

    I don't agree. I recall the first game of the season about 3 yrs back. City at home to Swansea. Similar situation. He came on with about 25 mins left and tore Swansea a new one. I can see the same thing happen here, and I think many others that bought him can also
