Likelihood of these players starting Etoo and Ravel? Cup opponent has Etoo (c) and Cabaye with ravel 1st sub, if Ravel doesn't play he gets Fonte off the bench, his c is Etoo with Suarez (vc) so would change things some what.

didnt captain Suarez, left Lallana on the bench with Januzaj starting and only playing 6 mins. Add to that clyne didnt play either. Also cant believe Sturridge missed that Penalty!! urgh!
