No hull or west ham in my team to worry about either, hoping to make up some points with full team (one hit) 29 and WC before DGW
To be honest I don't regret using it when I did as I added a good bit of value to my team and I reckon there is a good chance many people are going to screw their team up with it as they are going to overload with certain teams for DGWs and find it hard to get them out without hits.
The way I have structured my team and planned ahead I should be able to get a good few players in for DGWs anyway without hits.
Lot of confirmation bias around here. Those without the WC are happy they've played it.

I would be guessing but at that rate with usual slow down midweek he is on track to survive today and tomorrow and likely fall again either Wednesday night or Thursday night

Why can't Liverpool Sunderland just play on the Monday, as scheduled? Given that Sunderland's cup game is on the Saturday? Or they could play the cup game on the Friday night.

Because they probably dont expect to get much from the game anyway, plus they are going to have serious fixture congestion latter on. Citys squad can handle 3 double gameweeks but im fairly sure Sunderland will struggle. Far better to be fresh to play relegation rivals and give youself a better cance of avoiding the drop imo
