After the weekend exit from FA cup, On Wednesday City goes out of UCL. BPL is their only way to save a much promising season, and considering the lack of goals recently, Pelle will def rely on Aguero if fit and try to make a strong statement to Mou, which has now 3 victories at hand. Kun will play till he drops IMO. No point on saving/easing him for anything.

If I still had my wildcard, I would focus all my current and future transfers on fielding up eleven DGW-ers and use the wildcard to refresh the team.
Since that's not the case here and am only seeing 5 or possible 6 DGW-ers, it would be better to wildcard next week, prior to DGW31.
It also depends if you have any plans to make room for Aguero. That will need major changes to fit his value in. However, Aguero will be selected ahead to start against Barcelona so I wouldn't be hasty in making the changes now or hastily come to a decision now. Wait for the UCL games to go by, then reassess your team and post here again and there might just be something different for you.Open Controls-

The fact is this season is a bit different IMO. The strategy your are saying to refresh your team after DGW is a proven one and works but this season we would like to keep Everton (1-2) , City (3) , Hazard etc till the end of the season. So WCing is the best idea I think.Open Controls-
I don't have a season wildcard anymore and have not made any deeper assessment on that so I could be wrong.
My initial notion is that if I were five gameweeks away from DGW31 and with the season wildcard still hanging around, I would of gone with the strategy I mentioned above. The fixtures for some teams take different turns for the good and bad after GW31 and readjustments might seem a good move. Wildcarding prior to DGW31 should have equal benefits as well - you might be right there. This season is slightly different.
Hmm, I don't know about getting and keeping three City players. Too great of a risk with their congested fixtures, almost three games a week that might affect their form, etc.Open Controls

Overall, I think it's solid and strong. Although I don't like having three Liverpool players but I see your point - haven't got much competitions for them to compete and they're on scoring spree home and away.
Have you considered Lukaku? Should get you some cash to upgrade Sterling, possibly to Nolan who I fancy a lot for DGW31.Open Controls-

In lukaku's favor is the fact that I will not (c) aguero in the dgw as the armband will go to one of the pool boys.
The downside is that aguero might be very expensive when I try to get him in a couple of gws.
