BPL is their only way to save a much promising season, and considering the lack of goals recently, Pelle will def rely on Aguero if fit and try to make a strong statement to Mou, which has now 3 victories at hand. If I still had my wildcard, I would focus all my current and future transfers on fielding up eleven DGW-ers and use the wildcard to refresh the team.
Since that's not the case here and am only seeing 5 or possible 6 DGW-ers, it would be better to wildcard next week, prior to DGW31.
It also depends if you have any plans to make room for Aguero. That will need major changes to fit his value in. However, Aguero will be selected ahead to start against Barcelona so I wouldn't be hasty in making the changes now or hastily come to a decision now. The fact is this season is a bit different IMO. The strategy your are saying to refresh your team after DGW is a proven one and works but this season we would like to keep Everton (1-2) , City (3) , Hazard etc till the end of the season. My initial notion is that if I were five gameweeks away from DGW31 and with the season wildcard still hanging around, I would of gone with the strategy I mentioned above. The fixtures for some teams take different turns for the good and bad after GW31 and readjustments might seem a good move. Wildcarding prior to DGW31 should have equal benefits as well - you might be right there. This season is slightly different.

Overall, I think it's solid and strong. Although I don't like having three Liverpool players but I see your point - haven't got much competitions for them to compete and they're on scoring spree home and away.
