We delve into the Gameweek 32 data this afternoon, after Monday night’s match at the Stadium of Light brought the curtain down on another round of fixtures. In-form frontmen at United and Southampton, Chelsea’s struggling Spaniard, Swansea’s improvement under Garry Monk and the Black Cats’ talismanic winger are all brought under further analysis in our first members article of the week:

Trying to figure out my team for DGW 34:
Doing Nolan + Sturridge ---> Silva/Nasri + Dzeko (for free) I could get this team:
MANNONE
COLEMAN, Azpi, Cahill
YAYA, Haz, Snod, SILVA or NASRI
Suarez, LUKAKU, DZEKO
Do you think these are good changes/this is a good DGW team? I would want Zaba in after the DGW meaning id have to remove one of my City players so im not over the 3 per team max?Open Controls-
I really like City from a defensive perspective. I'd be more inclined to keep Sturridge and wiggle Zaba in earlier.

Backs up my decision to keep AJ and get Silva in this GW I think!
Open Controls-
Nice grav!

Just noticed this comment from Levy when talking about Tottenham's new stadium, "We have the smallest capacity stadium of any club in the top 20 clubs in Europe, let alone the current top four Premier League clubs"
Tottenham wouldn't be anywhere near a top 20 European club by any metric.Open Controls-
Open Controls
-
as pointless as the fifa rankings, but it's a metric, i'll give you that! 😉
Open Controls-
Top 20 for this too http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deloitte_Football_Money_League#2012.E2.80.9313
We're not top 20 by any sensible measure but pure stats put us there or there abouts.Open Controls-
Another metric, whoops! Although revenue is mostly based on overpriced ticket prices and ridiculous tv deals.
Personally I would place any team from the top 8 leagues in Europe who has actually won a title in the past 10 years higher.
Balance sheets won't keep you warm at night..Open Controls

they'd be close in mine, but yeah, not top 20 material. nothing wrong with being ambitious i guess

Who are people planning to captain in the next DGW?
Can't bring myself to captain Toure but not sure how ready Aguero will be.Open Controls-
Baines
Open Controls-
-
Exactly. Time to forget & give him the armband. 😉
Open Controls
-
-
-
Lukaku or Silva/Yaya
Open Controls-
that swansea stat would have been great to know last week
Open Controls
-
-
Yaya is best option in my opinion.
Open Controls-
Depends on Aguero's return IMO, Yaya + pens yes but without then no.
Open Controls

Silva
Open Controls -
baines-lukaku maybe
Open Controls

I got 2FT and 1.1m in the bank
Mannone - Gazzinga
Chester - Bruce - Coleman - Baines - Bardsley
Gerrard - Silva - Nasri - Yaya - Ki
Suarez - Lukaku - Sturrdige
I am thinking this week :
Gerrard --> Eriksen
Bardsley --> Azpicueleta
then after gw 34 ill do this :
Lukaku --> Rooney
Baines --> Terry
If there are some price rises/falls, ill go Ivanovic or Cahill instead of Terry.
Does this seem like a good plan? Most important is the transfers this week, as alot can happen and change before gw 34Open Controls -
Open Controls

I have 2 FTs right now, and am planning on getting Ward, Silva and Aguero for coming GW. In order to avoid any hits up till then, i need to start making at least 1 transfer this GW. How should i prioritize my transfers?
1. Gerrard > Silva (For this GW, either one could be a bomb. )
2. Shaw > Ward (Frees up some pennies to fund transfer 3. But if Aguero is not match fit, ill have to get Dzeko. So downgrading wouldnt be worth it)
3. Sturridge > AgueroOpen Controls-
2

Any ideas for my team chaps? 1FT and 0 in the bank, looking to save the transfer this week.
Marshall (Mannone)
Coleman, Cahill, Terry (Ward, Demel)
Toure, Gerrard, Silva, Hazard (Noone)
Suarez, Lukaku, Sturridge
Cheers!Open Controls-
Very nice team. You can definitely afford to save, 2FTs be very handy for GW34
Open Controls -
-
-

So, how many of you are bringing in a City defender after the DGW? 😉
I can see Soton and pool scoring against them in the next 2.Open Controls-
If Kun is fit, I'll won't have room for any. Will probably opt for an Arsenal defender instead.

@A Defenders Nightmare
The Snoddy tranny leaves me enough to do Rooney to Aguero in GWK34
Mannone
Baines Zabaleta Terry
Yaya Hazard Mutch Sterling
Suarez Rooney Sturridge
Lallana Bardsley Chambers 1ft 0.9 in the bank
I can afford Eriksen for Sterling 1ft but means Aguero would have to come in at a future -4 at the expense of Terry & Rooney > Jagielka & AgueroOpen Controls -
Who is the best midfield option at 5.1 or lower? i know Mutch is proving popular lately but Puncheon is on my watchlist, playing very leaky Cardiff and then has decent enough double. What do people think of him as an option?
Open Controls-
20 goals in 31 games. Not for me.
Someone here mentioned Arnautovic from 34. Could be worth a puntOpen Controls -
-
Cheers lads, getting cheapie like Mutch in for Nolan would give me cash to get Aguero next week if fit. I'd have another transfer saved so could also get someone like Ward in.
Is below team ok for GW33?
Mannone
Coleman Flanagan Azpilicueta
Hazard Yaya Mutch Silva
Suarez Sturridge Lukaku
Adrian Noone Chester BakerOpen Controls

Can Belgium win the World Cup? So many premier league players in the team. 😉
Open Controls-
not a chance
Brazil Argentina Germany Spain Uruguay are my favouritesOpen Controls-
Choosing just over 1/6th of the tourneys participants is wise move.
Open Controls

can count on 1 hand the amount of players having a good season. a few months ago only like 3 of their players were actually starters for their clubs
Open Controls
-
-
Mannone
Baines Terry Zabaleta
Hazard Toure AJ Mutch
Suarez Sturridge Lukaku
(Adrian, Barkley, Chester, Ward)
1 FT, 1.6 ITB
Bank it, yeah?Open Controls-
Aye.
Open Controls -
Yeah, looks good.
I'd play Ward and drop AJ. I feel that Sunderland are going to feel the Spurs' backlash.Open Controls
-
-
I'm going to do this transfer next week anyway. Worth holding onto Gerrard or get Puncheon in now?
A. Gerrard
B. Puncheon
Speroni
Azpilicueta / Vlaar / Zabaleta / Dann
Hazard / Gerrard / Yaya Touré
Suárez / Lukaku / Sturridge
Boruc / Livermore / Johnson / ColemanOpen Controls -
Aguero missed 5 GWs around xmas time. He came back for 29 mins and got a goal and an assist. Just putting that out there.
Open Controls-
You definitely getting him in for GW34 then? Even if he doesn't get any minutes this week?
Open Controls-
100%
Open Controls

Then he returned to play CL, got injured in 45 minutes, and didnt appear in EPL. 0 points.
Stop twisting the facts. You are not the ambassador of Aguero. get a life.Open Controls-
After his injury in CL you could still sell him. I was merely pointing out that he doesn't usually need time to get back into it.
I've got a cracking life, chin up.Open Controls
-
-
We did have confirmation that he would be in the 16 before that GW started.
I was one to profit from getting him in for that game. My ML rival messaged me laughing that he was on the bench, obviously that didn't last long.
I think this time even if we get that confirmation I will wait until this GW is over and re asses.Open Controls

Fair play to these Spurs fans on Sunday:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PpJBR_rQJkOpen Controls -
Mignolet (Speroni)
Vlaar, Ward, Baines (Shaw, Wilson)
Yaya, Miralles, Silva, AJ (Noone|)
Suarez, Lukaku, Dzeko
RMT and any possible changes after this game week? I will currently have 9 players on DGW GW34Open Controls-
good team 9 is enough

Guys, this is a personal question Im asking.
Would you rather:
1. Go see the World Cup in Brazil
OR
2. Visit your long distant girlfriend, that you havent seen in 1 year and 3 months in US?
You have a tight budget, and cant travel to both place.
😯Open Controls-
I'd dump that bitch.....no sex for 15months is not worth the effort!
Get yourself to Brazil, pliantly of lovely ladies there 😉Open Controls -
1. Go see the World Cup in Brazil
2. She probably has another boyfriend by now, get a life.Open Controls-
She is a very old fashioned person, so your 2nd option is wrong. 🙂

go visit her

If Aguero isn't fit i'm going Dzeko and keep the money in bank for Dzeko>Aguero later. Who's with me?
Open Controls -
Play Coleman (have Baines as well) or Flanagan?
Open Controls-
-
Baines+Coleman double up against Arsenal?
Pool have decent chance of CS against Hammers don't you think?Open Controls-
I have no problem playing these 2 against anyone (all be it I don't have coleman) they are more then just a hope for a clean sheet.
Everton need to beat Arsenal!Open Controls

Quick question folks...
Money is no option as i have £1m in bank, just want a majority vote...
OUT: Evra (fed up with him being injured)
And in anticipation for the DGW whho is the better option;
Zabaleta or Kompany?Open Controls -
Would you take a hit to fit Agüero(with the doubts we have now) for the DGW or would you stick with Silva and Nasri instead?
Open Controls-
Ask this question next GW mate.
Don't bother about Aguero now IMO.Open Controls-
My transfers this GW may depend on this, as value has to be found anyway.

Noone -> Ward-Prowse worth a transfer?
Noone seems to be injured and Ward-Prowse seems to be playing. Don't know what else to do with my team and I have a saved FT already:
Mannone - Marshall
Coleman - Bardsley - Demel - Baines - Chester
Silva - Gerrard - Noone - AJ - Yaya
Carroll - Sturridge - SuarezOpen Controls-
sell carrol and demel

Jagielka news is a bit vague...Dunno if this stat has been brought up since he's been out the team but worth knowing maybe...Chances conceded > last four gameweeks....Been getting away with it a bit. http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/my-stats-tables/view/4750/

definitely noticed this watching them lately. hope martinez looks at numbers like this, stones' class on the ball really does mask a shaky defender
