With the purr from the Gylfi Sigurdsson bandwagon in our ears, Fantasy managers will now be looking to a batch of three o’clock kick-offs for similar targets. A quintet of afternoon matches await, before Arsenal host Crystal Palace at the Emirates this evening.

Interest in the top bracket looks somewhat limited, although the likes of Stoke and QPR have become unlikely sources of budget and mid-price assets, with the performances of Bojan, Jordan Mutch and Charlie Austin of particular interest. All start this afternoon and, interestingly, Austin is partnered by Loic Remy in the QPR attack, while Thomas Ince appears to be up front for visitors Hull.

Elsewhere, Romelu Lukaku is handed a starting berth at Leicester by Roberto Martinez, despite fitness concerns. Kevin Mirallas is kept on the Everton bench with budget buy Steven Naismith earning a start. Meanwhile, down at the Boleyn Ground, Spurs start with both Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela as expected – although the likes of Eric Dier, Danny Rose and Aaron Lennon are all on the team sheet with Ben Davies, Lewis Holtby and Roberto Soldado amongst the subs.

You can look to out Twitter feed for all the lineup from today’s matches.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

So how bad were Utd today then? Worth keeping both Mata and Rooney. Must admit i wondered if it was wise but was driving at the time of the deadline so couldnt make any changes!

They'll score, but continue to concede like that bar any improvements.
If you just have their defenders, then ditch. Keep Mata or Roon.

Must be honest wasn't daft enough to go with their defence. Did think they might score a few though under Van Gaal

I actually like this start of the gameweek, even when I haven't done really well. Not too many bandwagons other than Sigurdsson, who is owned by most, and err, most other point-scorers don't really look fashionable players to own. .

So...just like every year the trend is continuing. Premium defenders will burn you.
Hopefully Terry keeps a CS. Evans, Chambers and Begovic failed me!

      What are you on about?

"Trend" that "premium defenders will burn you"?

Is this the same trend where Baines, Coleman, Ivanovich, Terry, Cahill, Mertesacker, Koscielny etc, etc, etc all scored as well or better than most heavy hitting mids...

Are people giving Bojan one more chance? Hull next week so reasonable opportunity even though they defend well at the KC.

Arsenal proving why they'll never win the league take a top 4 this season. Paid £10m too much fir chambers; they're players see injury prone; no hard hitters in midfield; lack of final product
