Hi all. First Post. Long time lurking but would like to join in and hope to contribute and integrate with the community. Would like to ask if anyone agrees that mini league's effect your over all judgement, decisions and team to the extent you should ignore them? Now that you know who your rivals have in their team why should it affect your original judgement of your team? From the percentage owned tab you knew who your rivals might have and that your decisions could hurt you so why not stick to your gut feeling for another week or two?

It's funny, I've only ever once made transfer and lineup decisions based on who I'm playing, and I got knocked out of the last 1000 of the FPL cup because of it. You're spot on with your comment, never make changes based on your next opponent. Always make the transfers that you truly believe will benefit your team the most.

Hi and welcome to the site mate...
I do have some mini leagues with friends but most of them don't take it seriously, so I usually win quite easily... certainly haven't found myself having to make transfers based on what they are doing, since I know I'll beat them in the long term anyway...
I tend to focus more on rank in general and to a lesser extent, the mini leagues I'm in with people of this site, and much better indicator of how well you are actually doing...Open Controls
