    Anyone got some advice?

I currently think Wilson to Clyne is the best option? But this causes issues the week after when I'll want to get sterling in (if he rises ill have to sell Mata rather than bumping Eriksen up)

    0.5m itb

    Krul foster

    Pjones Wilson Cahill wisdom Hutton

    Mata Ramsey Eriksen Siggy (Marney)

I reckon you will have to sell Mata anyway. You already have the Rooney Utd cover, so I'd rather keep Eriksen and ship Mata after GW3 if he stills doesn't deliver.

It seems clear Jovetic won't play next week. I already took a -4 to do Naughton>Hutton and Young>Siggy (money+points purposes). I'm going with:

    Begovic (Gilks)
    Terry-Chester-Hutton (PVA, Chambers)
    Hazard-Ramsey-Sterling-Siggy
    Rooney-Diego Costa-Jovetic

Should I sell him? Or is getting a -8 after GW1 just ludicrous?

Clyne long term, PVA is good short term but could also rotate well with Arsenal defensive cover long term. I honestly couldn't pick, but I have a soft spot for Clyne because he gave me a lot of pleasure last year (if you know what I mean).

I remember a certain chat we had about the predictability of Roncrete for CS's and also the liverpool team a few seasons back. I like your thinking and sort of agree with you. Its helps that I think Siggy marshalls his teammates better than Michu ever did. Keeps them more organised. I still dont quite trust them though.

Not awful at all. They just have to work on it but they won't concede many goals against City and who knows if Aguero will even start.

Southhampton spent the entire game on Liverpool's side of the field. Pools defense was awful last year and it is this year, too.

Even though you (Frank Black) are my absolute hero, I wouldn't be so sure. Saints had acres of space today, Pool got out of jail. I would be worried. I have Lovren, just for Pools run after GW3; tempted to ship him now.

I think there is a strong case to drop Mata now. Winning in FPL is all about making bold moves based on the information available. MU are awful, and their manager believes they'll take 3 months to gel. Fixtures are good, and frankly that's the only thing standing in the way of dropping him for GW2. You'll accuse me of being knee-jerky and I probably will wait to see MU's performance in GW2, but this is not the performance we expected in GW1.

I am waiting to see how Fabregas does before getting rid. Another option is to get Eriksen and upgrade Rooney to Sturridge.

The vast majority of people cant accept United are woeful, don't let them ruin your season. Let them have Young in their team, completely clueless.

I don't have him, but I would probably sell him as soon as I needed the funds or a better player to get in. That doesn't mean I'd rush him out for a -4 for the sake of it, but he'll continue to be a dodgy pick imo.

Even if he continues to get the odd game he'll be frustrating and as he has zero attacking threat you might as well get rid. Someone to avoid.
