Interesting article by Gary Neville about his interview with LvG.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/managers/louis-van-gaal/11052364/Louis-van-Gaal-It-has-been-a-very-difficult-start-at-Manchester-United-but-I-will-deliver.html-
Seedorf was 17 when he played in the champions league final 🙂
-
Apparently he has a great eye for youth, and puts a lot of faith in them. He gave debuts to Xavi, Iniesta, Motta, Kroos, Müller, Alaba and Badstuber,
-
And moved Bastian from RW to CM. He's a genius.
-
-
Gazza has dropped so many pegs in my book since retiring. Find myself avoiding anything he has to say about United. 🙁
-
-
Bego to Krul? I have 2 FT, need to do something.
-
I'm thinking the same thing
-
It is going to end badly for us
-
City will hammer a poor stoke though
-
-
-
Doing the same (I think)
-
Yes i doing it
http://strawpoll.me/2423754 -
Lots of thinking going on here. Not convinced Krul is the answer, but I know Bego is not getting a clean sheet next week.. and NEW have better fixtures after GW3 too.
-
Nice fixtures and cheaper... it is very tempting
-
OK I am doing it. Just looked at the top players in the FFS Member League, Krul is the most owned keeper. Of course some of those teams have a decent 2nd option, but seems like Krul is the way to go for now.
-
-
-
-
DODGER I just did my WC and v happy I did. Had 5 players with no points and swapped them for 5 that had 56 points between them. Onwards n upwards...
-
Anyone with 2FT and nothing to do?
Worth doing Eriksen > Lamela?-
Same situation here mate, reckon I will sit tight and let one slide! 🙂
Wouldnt go for that move.-
I am struggling too
-
Jusr doesnt feel right ti let a trasnfer go!
-
-
-
-
Who should I get for Bojan - for 6.0 or below?
-
I have literally no clue what to do with him either.
-
-
Hmm, Arsenal away followed by Chelsea at home.
Perhaps one more cameo for Aguero, then.-
Didn't notice this. Hm.
-
Or 60 minutes in order to get up to full match fitness. Could go either way.
-
His legs might fall off by the Chelsea game if he starts both!
-
-
Or to add doubt, surely a 60min run out against Stoke..an 'easy' home game. Match fitness is just as important as training.
-
And CL in between those 2 games.
-

Vote and Win 😀 -
Would it be crazy having both Jovetic and Dzeko?
-
Yes, one will be dropped when Aguero returns.
Get Jovetic.
-
-
I need advice from the top, top players. 😉
Begovic
Hutton Terry Caulker
Yaya Siggy Fabregas Sterling
Rooney Studge Naismith
4m Manquillo Baird Albrighton.
0 in the bank. Already used my free transfers. I really want to get rid of Yaya and maybe Studge. Thoughts?-
Keep Sturridge, had a lot of chances tonight.
-
he said top top players 😉
-
Bembs 🙁
-
-
Sturridge will score 25ish. At the minute, there's better value for money I feel. Aguero likes to score in batches too..
-
Sturridge always scores, if you've got him, just keep.
-
-
-
Well, Stoke at home is not the time to ship Yaya out for a hit, in case you were considering it.
-
Yaya>Hazard. Studge>Kun if you feel like wasting a transfer.
You're welcome. -
stick !nothing seems worth a hit
-
Between Manquillo and Hutton that doesn't look too good. Caulker too....mhh.
-
Sturridge to Aguero would be the obvious one, but no money in the bank is a bit of an issue.
I'd leave it. -
Why do you wanna get rid of Yaya before Stoke at home? Team looks fine.
-
Yaya>Lamela.
Thank me later. 😉
-
-
So what striker would you say is best cheap option over the next 3-4 weeks?
-
lol if naismith becomes a rotation risk with eto going. It seems like I am doomed whoever I pick as my 3rd striker
-
take a hit and get a proper strike like ade
-
Who do I drop out of power 5 midfield?
mata sterling fabregas siggy ramsey-
stick with it and play 3-5-2?
-
-
-
Link your team Goddamnit!
-
-
Yaya has to go right?!
-
gw ranking already updated?
-
yes
-
Just now.
Average up to 44
-
-
REPOST!
Debuchy & Fletcher --> Clyne & Jovetic (-4)
Sound good? -
Damn it I have a Bojan headache.
Anyone thinking of downgrading Mata and upgrading Bojan to Ballo? I think Ballo will come at 9.5 and will be nailed on. Mata on the other hand with ADM coming, not so sure really where he fits in.-
this is big problem as bojan dropping tonight!!!!
PANIC! -
wait til we get prices
-
-
Who will citys two strikers be next week?
-
Dzeko Jove start
Kun a cameo.
His first starting game will be against Arsenal
-
-
Got 2 free transfers and will be looking to remove Jones, Eriksen, Mata and maybe Dzeko in the next couple weeks.
Terry, Jones, Wisdom, Moore, PVA
Cesc, Mata, Eriksen, Gylfi, Marney
Rooney, Dzeko, Costa
Thinking
1. Eriksen & Jones -> Hutton & Ramsey
2. Mata & Jones -> Naylor & Ramsey
3. Mata & Eriksen -> Ramsey & De Jong
4. Desperation point hit move: Jones, Mata, Eriksen, Dzeko -> Naylor, Ramsey. Ward-Prowse, Aguero -8-
1 or 2
-
-
This has to my favourite ever comment from Poseidon it just says so much: http://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2014/08/25/the-scoreboard-gameweek-2-monday/?hc_page=19#hc_comment_8069073
-
You do realise it's tongue-in-cheek? 🙂
-
Look at all his previous comments it's not.
-
Sigh. Your comment was ridiculous anyway and is bound to elicit such responses.
-
+1 for common sense
-
-
-
-
I love Muppet's sheer denial as well. 😀
-
You're in with about a 10% chance of finishing above us I'd say. And I say that in all seriousness.
-
I'd say so.
-
-
-
-
Who should i downgrade F.Luis for? Already have Clyne and Jones! is clichy a good shout?
-
van Aanholt.
-
Naylor.
-
-
This has probably been said before, but if you haven't changed the link to your team in your profile from last year, it will be the wrong one because the number will have changed!
If everyone had already realised then just ignore me-
lol
-
-
Need cash for Siggy, downgrade Clyne or Caulker?
-
caulker
-
Caulker. Preferably not this week, though.
-
prices running away tho for both!
-
-
-
Aguero (c)....hattie incoming?
-
What price do we predict Bojan to be start of GW4 when he plays Lei at home?:
-
5.3
-
its a major headache.
-
-
What to do with Naimsnith now that Everton bought Etoo?
-
Keep him. I bought him after that news. He won't get dropped
-
Nothing. Eto'o is no threat to Naismith, he is Lukaku's sub
-
-
Any thoughts?
Krul (Myhill)
Ivanovic / Clyne / Dummett (Hutton & Wisdom)
Mata / Fábregas / Ramsey / Sigurdsson (Cattermole)
Jovetic / Rooney / Diego Costa
Ade or Jovetic?????
0.9m in bank.-
Save
-
-
Liverpool and United fans may as well get used to it City and Chelsea are going to be dominating with a bit of Arsenal in the mix...
-
Ok mate.
-
any time
-
-
City and Chelsea domination. Arsenal 4th as per.
-
Not behind United or Liverpool this season
-
-
Yeah. Think spurs have a chance of top 4. Liverpool look bad already and with ucl it's only gonna get worse
-
Not based on one game. Looked poor vs soton. Don't seem to have something
-
-
With currently flexing our financial muscle, we'll be well in and you'll be nowhere in sight.
-
-
Getting Aguero in;
1. Studge > Aguero
or
2. Roonpig > Aguero-
wait
you don't know he'll start next gw, then there's the international break where he could get injured
-
-
2 FTs to use, 1.5 itb
Bego 4.0
Luis Chambers Naylor Wilson Moore
Fab Sterling Ramsey Siggy Marney
roon costa jovetic
Need to sort Luis. any suggestions?-
Luis and Chambers to Clyne and Robertson
-
that actually leaves me 2.2m in the bank! surely it can be used
-
-
-
Best replacement for Giroud just for gw3?
-
Advice on this please
Tadic > Lamela
Bony > Balotelli
1FT 1.5 ITB
Won't do it for a hit, thinking Balotelli this week, Lamela the week after
