The Dugout Discussion – Gameweek 3 – Saturday

Saturday afternoon continues with a quintet of fixtures to entertain us before Everton square up to Chelsea later on. For many, the main focal point will be at the Etihad as we look to see whether Sergio Aguero will be let off the leash against Stoke, with Stevan Joveticā€™s owners anticipating another home brace from the Montenegro striker.

Newcastle have been heavily backed in this weekā€™s Scout Picks and weā€™ll be hoping to see new boy Siem de Jong justify our show of faith ahead of a very kind run of fixtures. Fantasy managers will also get to run the rule over Palaceā€™s potential in the St Jamesā€™ Park encounter as Neil Warnock takes the helm for a second time.

Elsewhere, Fantasy favourites such as Steven Caulker will be hoping to make an impact at home to Sunderland, while Gylfi Sigurdssonā€™s growing band of owners are expecting returns for the third Gameweek in succession as Swansea prepare for the visit of West Brom. West Ham welcome Southampton to Upton Park as Big Sam pins his hopes on Mauro Zarate to inspire his side to another win.

You can look to out Twitter feed for all the lineup from todayā€™s matches.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Just woke up - was the man city game dominated by them? Any of the strikers look likely or just one of those games

No, but I like many held on for too long, Terry was a far better option post-christmas. Soured my opinion of him, put me off him this year (rightly or wrongly)

Everton for relegation this season šŸ˜€

I remember when the Europa draw came out yesterday, being criticised when I said Everton would struggle, and was told that they are quality... Yep so much quality... Sure they aren't relegation material, but with the European pressure this season, it will be reminiscent of Pardew in Europa with Newcastle. They really need defensive steel but instead are just adding mids and forwards like they're going out of fashion.

Different linos. As a defending team you'd be grateful for a sharp linesman like the oboe who flagged Distin

Its not actually that hard to fix. Impose the rule. Make it clear. If they do it after that you get a weeks ban there and then. Once more and you're off the site. That will soon stop it.

    Begovic, Jones & Pelle....

Took Jones out for PVA in morning...

Well, I had a fun season, but I'm quitting.

I wildcarded, had Ivan and Costa in my team all week, then switched to Clyne and Aguero at the last second.

It's been fun, but nothing is worth being this angry.

ML leader has Routledge (8), Ivanovic (god knows) and Begovic(6) pre bps. The other guy making up the top 3 forgot to look at his team and has Ivan, Dyer and Costa(c).

Luckily I'm keeping pace but it's hard work!
