Most nailed on 4,5M mid?
Wanyama missed out yesterday...-
Marney
-
and King
-
Cambiasso disagrees 😉
-
-
how about Jones?
-
-
Looks like Marney.
-
-
-----------------Remy
Sanchez-----Ozil------Walcott
-------Carvalho---Ramsey
Subs: Santi/Ox/Wilshere/Giroud
Make it happen Arsene and we will challenge-
Carvalho 😆
-
-
Arsene's quite happy with what he has.
-
and you know this how?
-
as in he just said he is looking to strenghten
-
I'll eat my hate if yous buy Carvalho.
-
hate is an abstract noun though 😯 😉
-
Freudian slip. 😆
-
-
-
-
Yeah, not getting my hopes up, but if he does get those 2 then I think we are in business
-
-
-
-
+++
-
Remy's already gone to Chelski hasn't he?
-
+1...although it can also be sanchez up front santi on the left
what a cracking team that would be...rozza poldi campbell sanogo arteta flamini too 🙂 -
Arsene should go for mbia he's a free agent and did well last season winning Europa
-
-
Worst transfer history of life here:
GW1: Jovetic + Marney > Sterling + Vaz Te (-4)
Jovetic 13pts vs Sterling 2pts
GW2: Costa > Jovetic
Costa 12pts vs Jovetic 2pts
👿-
Bego>Forster
Diouf>Jovetic
Do the math on that. I have to laugh though.-
I thought we agreed you would keep Bego. I'm a little upset
-
No, we didn't. Glad to be rid despite the result today.
-
-
-
It's bad but not worst Aqua...
-
Ouch. I still believe that having 37 points on the bench is worse. 🙁
-
The tale of the knee jerker... 😉
And you have two weeks to stew about it too...
What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. -
Close but no cigar 😉
Costa, JT, Giroud > RVP, Dummett, Jovetic - 4 -
Same here.....
GW1: Hazard(C)---->Schurrle(C) Insanity, I know.
Schurrle 6 VS Hazard 18
GW3: Costa--->Kun
Costa 12 vs Kun 2 -
I did the Costa>Jovetic too 🙁
-
Lol Vaz Te
-
-
Have 2FT for the break. Pretty happy with this lot though. Think I may stick again... don't want to get caught out by Innsie Dilemma... anyone you can see that you would take out?
DDG (gilks)
PVA, Naylor, Clyne (Chester, Dummett)
Haz, Rambo, Mata, Siggy (Marney)
Rooney, Dzeko, Costa-
Looks good. I would do Dzeko-->Ade and Dummet-->Moore
-
Dummet the only player I've brought in so far 🙂 thanks for the idea
-
Same. I've only made 1 transfer so far and that was Baird to Dummet. Luckly Dummet didn't play and Clyne is coming of the bench 🙂
-
Nice. And now Ade is 8.6 .... so need to make .1 on a transfer to make that change mate.
-
Oh yeah. I forgot about that 🙁
-
Dummet so close to going up before he didn't play too... would have been ideal. You're right tho... next few game weeks looks like a great swap from Dzeko to Ade if I can find .1
-
-
-
-
-
-
dummet if he stays on the bench, but i wouldn't waste a transfer on it unless you're gonna lose it anyways. mata is killing me right now(price drop most importantly), but i'm gonna stick for another two gameweeks
-
Yeah hard to pick the prices at the moment. Not too fussed on value since that is happening. Mata has QPR, Leicester and Hammers - so he has those three before he comes Sterling for me...
-
ya, the fixtures are great and that swap is an easy one financially. i wanna swap him to ramsey for GW 8, but that gap just keeps getting bigger and bigger
-
true, yeah it will be. I'd still hold and ensure you have 2FTs for GW8 then. Good Luck
-
-
-
-
-
I have
Aguero rooneuy Wickham
Should i drop one of the big two for diego,
stick,
or use wild card over int break to gain funds? -
Who are your Premier League 11 in terms of actual playing ability? You can choose any formation you want. Here are mine.
Courtois
Zabaleta - Kompany - Terry - Azpilicueta
Matic - Ramsey
Sanchez - Yaya - Hazard
Aguero -
Think I just found a hidden gem 😯
http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/my-stats-tables/view/6159/
No. 2 on the list. Consider time played......
Attacking Defender Threat - GW 3
http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/public-stats-tables/view/6160/-
Looking forward to owning number 6 on the second table at some stage this season.
-
Top option at his price, cheap as chips for his attacking potential. Only defensive change I'm making this week is getting in Big man Ivan though 🙂
-
I may be joining you...
-
Looking at an 8 point hit:
Terry--->Ivan
Schurrle--->Sterling
Mata---->Chadli/No.2
OR
Schurrle-->Hazard
Mata----> Chadli/No.2
Rooney--->Sturridge-
Don't think either are worth an 8 pt hit tbh. Prefer A over B I think.
-
Maybe so......
Cheers
-
-
-
-
-
-
a) He played 21 minutes - steady on!
b) He scored his first (and prolly last) ever goal - steady on!-
Hush hush, Andyinasia.
Doubt it. Not with those stats.-
Alright, I'm sold. He goes into my WC squad 😉
-
-
cheers Andyinasia 🙂
-
Blimey - hard to stick him on my bench with Burnley (h) next. Imagine he scores a brace - how that will hurt United supporters!!!
-
😆
id play him-
If i do, who do I bench:
ramsey
fab
sterlo
siggy
naismith
???-
siggy out of those, but that's a big risk...maybe wait for gw5 to do that transfer 🙂
-
I've already activated my WC.
Siggy against a defence that just conceded three ....... hmm. Kinda has to be, but .... hmmm
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
Is it possible anticipate the price changes ???
-
yes, go to http://totalfpl.com/pricechanges and don't believe anything you see. good luck 😀
-
-
Greetings deadzoners.
You're the first to know this.
Upon popular request, FFS UEFA's latest team competition will be be making a return. It is very similar to past competitions but with an all new theme. Stay tuned as all the fun and frolic of recruitment will be taking place over the international break.
Will likely be officially launched on 1st Sep. Keep 'em peeled, geezers 😉-
yay! 🙂
good stuff ENR -
Excellent. Props to you and the rest of the FFS UEFA group. You guys do a fantastic job in making our FPL experiences all the more interesting. 🙂
-
Can I join it?
-
Rukawaaaaaa, yes of course guy 🙂 Be sure to check the site tomorrow, you're bound to see some info on it.
-
Cheers 😀
-
-
-
😀 Looking forward to it... 😉
-
😎
-
😎 😎
-
-
-
Nice! 😀
-
what is this??
-
-
here's to hoping that Dier doesn't score tomorrow and that Sterling puts two past him. cheers 😀
-
So where exactly did Di Maria play? Do we expect United to change to a 4-3-3?
-
Haha he was all over the place. Or basically in no man's land.
-
No country for new man
-
Whats happening with United, guy? Are you still running the fan club in Vietnam or is just you in the club now? 😆
-
they're still there, but those match-day threads are even worse than FFS during & after the United games. they cannt stand the way United are playing
3-5-2 and injuries are their problems I think
-
-
-
-
central midfield
-
He was supposed to be playing as a CM in a 352, but he was, like ENR said, all over the place. On the wing, in behind RVP & Rooney, next to Mata.
-
Jones Evans Rojo Shaw
--Herrera Blind Di Maria--
---------------Mata-------------
---------Rooney----RVP------
Interesting...
-
get evans out until he can sort himself out. rather jones in centrally and rafael on the RB. hell, even valencia on RB
-
-
Cheers guys
-
-
Wildcard is so tempting but must resist.
-
Love your grav man.
-
Cheers man! Love Fight Club 😀
-
-
Yeah I've got an itchy trigger finger
-
Me too but only one Im tempted to get is Costa who I ditched yesterday 🙁
-
Haha probably not worth it then
-
-
I hear ya, I own quite a few Im not keen on anymore and I'd like to get some Liverpool coverage, Ivan and reshape my midfield/defence a little bit.
-
My team isn't too bad, but there are so many players I want just a little bit more than the players I have
-
-
-
-
Very much thanks for Feed backs on my team .. Good luck for tonight mates 😉
-
you too sir! COYG! 🙂
-
-
With the way Ivanovic has been playing he is becoming decent captain material.
-
yeah he is actually
-
It might be fun to use my wildcard (when Chelsea and Everton have good fixtures) to include Ivanovic, Baines and another attacking defender!
-
another attacking defender!
so many to choose form this year, esp in the 4.5-5m bracket.
-
-
-
Yeah he has. 😛
-
Really wanna get him in
-
Yep, I own and captained the wrong attacking full back this week
-
Unlucky, BG. Did you get Kun in for Costa as well?
-
Indeed I did. Glad I shipped Mata though. Pity de Jong couldn't get amongst the goals I thought they'd score...
Now I've gotta work out whether I lose Rooney for Costa or take a hit to lose Dzeko-
Transferring Mata out ahead of the rest of us. 8 point hit on the cards for me this week. Schurrle doesn't start, Invisible Mata in a lost United side. Lose Dzeko, IMO.
-
Do it.
-
Looks like Kolarov + Dzeko -> 4.4m (damn you Mata) + Costa is on the cards then. My defence will be horrible 😆
-
Haidara/Simpson might be the way to go for 4.4
Simpson potentially playing as a wing back.
-
-
-
-
-
Unlucky mate
-
lolarov strikers again 🙂
-
Fecking Man City 😡
They were so strong and clinical against us last week and then put out that limp-wristed display against Stoke...
-
-
-
-
Morning peeps! Long time! 🙂
-
Motning BL. How are things?
-
Hey badger...the new job is depriving me of FFS hours...
-
Ah that sucks mate. Whats the new job?
-
I am an Energy Engineer in a Consultancy.
-
Sounds important 😀
-
-
-
-
-
hello there BL 🙂
-
Man, trust you to show up after the victory last night. Did you enjoy the game?
-
Goals..goals..goals...a whole new level! I loved it!
-
-
Morning BL!
-
Hey mate 🙂
-
Hey bud..spare me a spot if you are planning to be a captain in the upcoming tourney.
-
Will do 🙂
-
-
-
Hi there!
-
-
Anyone selling Jovetic?
-
Reckon Dzeko wil start next GW?
-
I have no idea. At the end of the day though my expensive forwards need to be nailed on starters, which Jovetic unfortunately isn't
-
Yeah Damn you Dzeko. Every year you draw me in with your kind price
-
such a bargain if he could only keep his place
-
-
-
-
the rinse cycle?
-
Had him from the beginning 😉
-
Good for you!! Some took a hit to get him in and now may take a hit to get him out. Hosed!!
-
Textbook knee jerking
-
-
-
-
-
Reckon i can beat 14pts with Adebayor and Sanchez? Not to beat my rival but to feel okay about transferring out Costa this week 🙁
-
it's just two goals and a couple of babs
-
baps even
-
True. You can do this Sanchez!
-
-
It's very possible. You're not alone though... Chin up 🙂
-
Cheers Innsie. I probably would have captained Rooney if i didnt so at least theres that. Still stuck with Dzeko though 🙁
-
-
Tbh I think you have a 65-35 of getting this in your favour 🙂
-
Vheers mats. Sanchez captain too so hopefully xan beat the 2pts from Rooney too
-
-
-
morning/evening/afternoon fellas and ladies 🙂
if i used my wildcard, who would be my target players to build team value?
i was busy tonight so before i left, i drafted in schneiderlin, dyer, naismith, and ivanovic, but im not sure if total fpl or fiso are working properly, so am a little in the dark if these are good options to sit on for the coming weeks. Are there any others i should bring in (i already own costa ramsey siggy) that i haven't considered?
ps i wanted to keep myself busy over the international break, nothing like a wildcard to help with that 🙂-
Yeah you're doing the right things. Maybe Wiliamson for Newcastle? He scored last night.
-
ah yeah good point, i also went with jan maat, although williamson may be a better call with his lower price tag
-
Janmaat a good call too. He looks very good.
-
-
-
-
We can't depend on that little trick any more. Forget team value and just build the team!
-
gosh, did anyone on here keep and play Costa??!
-
Only good thing I did this week.
-
I did Also played Naismith and benched Cahill. Not bad.
-
So you're NOT UnderstandablyDistraught 😉
-
Well I am but with a lining of chuff
-
heh 😉
-
-
-
Ballsy. Well done
-
-
yeah i did, i made an early stupid transfer and then played costa and dzeko, at least one of them worked out...
-
A lot of people in my mini league played him but didn't captain!
-
-
wow, the scout picks had a horrible showing this week! siggy, fab and caulker the only ones over 2p!
-
Scout picks usually spell doom. Running joke around here is "i only have ___ scout picks. Green arrow incoming"
-
i have noticed they're not usually spot on, but this week seemed particularly bad. thank's for the heads up though. from now on: "damn, i have ___ scout picks. wildcard activated"
-
😆
-
-
-
I called that yesterday. With that front lone of Rooney, Aggie and Jekki I said I get more points, which I have despite having a pants day myself.
-
-
I had a massive sook the other night when I did bego Marney and fletch ---> Elliot sig and vaz te for -4.
I'm glad fletch didn't make me pay! -
Sold Jovetic and Bought Naismith last week 😀
-
Noice!!
-
same...hi 5! 🙂
-
haha
-
-
I don't know whether to call you a genius or a moron :p
-
Naismith looking hard to ignore
-
Congrats.
-
-
Van Gaal's 3-5-2 strategy.
Played:3
Signings:5
Points:2
😆-
Good stuff haha
-
lol
-
😀
-
😛
-
yuks
-
-
Would you rather.
A) -8 hit
B) Wildcard. (Gives me option to do Dummet--->Moore)-
a
-
8pt hit over WC
-
A 😉
-
if you're happy with the rest of your team i'd just do i -4 and bench the other problem children until you can get rid the following week
-
I need to do -8 to get Ade and Costa.
-
going 3-4-3 now aren't we Sala
-
depends who it's for. i'd probably still just do a -4 to bring one of them in, then take another -4 next week to bring the second one on board. by that time you may have changed your priorities or new injuries may have forced your hands anyways.
ps: you should link your team in your profile 😉
-
-
-
-
Team is in good shape for the next week (apart from Jovetic), really want to ship him out but I'm 0.1 off getting Ade
DDG
Chester Clyne Terry
Sterling Ramsey Siggy Fab
Rooney Jovetic Costa
Hamer/Moore/Hutton/Marney
1 FT, 0.5 in the bank. Would you
a) take a hit and get ade in for jovetic (any idea who else to remove?)
b) get pelle in for jovetic FT
c) make any other change (please suggest)
d) save ft-
jovetic ---> naismith
-
concerned about this minutes, would be too short term with europa around the corner
-
his*
-
There aren't really many people to compete with him, are there? Besides a 33 year old, who'll probably play Europa.
-
I always get the impression he is one poor performance away from getting dropped in the premier league, the precedent was set last season
-
There's no Barkley though. He is the replacement.
-
I agree, but Etoo might effect his playing time as well...He isn't being paid a fortune to sit on the bench after all 😉
-
Eto is there to provide competition for Lukaku. Only person who's under threat from Eto is Lukaku. Naismith is playing in Barkley's position, Eto will play in Lukaku's position if he plays. RM loves Naismith anyway 🙂
Happy I went for him this week, instead of Ings/Ideye/Zarate.-
aye Arvin is preaching gospel right here
Ings was woeful 😆
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
if anything he may be rested for that, seeing how important he is to their team...he will start in the epl...3 goals in 3 games, two of them v arsenal and chelsea. at 5 mill...whats not to love?
-
Forgot to say thanks AR! My apologies 😉
See above 🙂
-
-
-
-
I'm thinking of Rooney ---> pelle
-
Don't! Rooney should come good against QPR
-
-
D
-
This is probably the sensible option.
-
Thanks Innsie
-
-
A
Terry--->Vert/Janmaat?-
Thanks Arvin, been looking to do Terry to Vert/Azpi myself but a well rested Terry with no internationals at home to Swansea is a good option to have 🙂
-
Are you thinking in terms of potential attacking points or just a cleanie?
Swansea have scored 6 goals so far, and Chelsea have conceded 3 in the alst game. Wouldn't bank on it.
Planning Terry--->Ivan this week.-
I'll be fine with a cleanie, you make a great argument but would you really take a hit to remove Terry(SWA) this week?
-
I probably will 😆
Ivan is just insane....
http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/my-stats-tables/view/6161/-
I agree, he is playing like a man possessed at the moment 🙂
Taking a hit for Azpi/Vert rather than Ivan is a different matter altogether though 😀-
Yeap, just saying I am probably going to do it.
If you really want to do it, think of it this way:
Jovetic--->Adebayor
Terry---->Vert
Say, both Terry and Vert keep a cleanie.
Terry(6/7) + Jovetic(1/2)+ 4 VS Adebayor(goal?) + Vert cleanie
You have to consider how many points you think Ade will outscore Jovetic by.
Good luck!-
Thanks a lot Arvin, you really give some good advice to the people on here! Cheers 🙂
-
Cheers 🙂
-
-
-
-
-

Would seriously think about Naismith and then going 352 in the coming weeks. Pelle could be a good move but not sold just yet.
-
Not convinced about 3-5-2, I think 3-4-3 is the tried and tested formula... Pelle has some good fixtures coming up though so been considering him...Thanks 🙂
-
-
Probably D. Team looks in good shape (bar jovetic), and I'm not sure that I like anybody below his price (unless you want to go near Naismith).
-
Thanks mate, not convinced about Naismith either
-
-
-
What are Rooney owners doing with the oaf?
-
last chance then welcome diego if he fails
-
Keeping. Remember he is Wayne Rooney not Andy Carroll.
-
Keeping.
-
Might try to make purses out of his ears
-
and having a look at 'pool tomorrow
-
-
keep the kent
-
*sigh* keeping
-
Keeping, it's QPR at home. It doesn't get much "easier" than that. If nothing then I'll think about flicking. Thinking of Mata to Sterling over the break though.
-
Ditched for Costa already. Money money baby
-
Most of us have Mata to sort out first :/
-
keeping. eventually looking at Kun
-
keep at least until for the next two games. surely not even united's poor form can prevent him from scoring at least once over those two?
-
I had already taken him out for aguero
Now looking for a way to kick Mata out. -
ditching him cause of price falls, and will get him back for cheaper 😀
-
-
So nobody got their algorithms right for the price changes?
-
I took the square root, should have taken the factorial 🙄 😕
-
Amateur mistake...
-
-
-
How was De Jong yesterday ?
FPListic ? 😀
Need to remove Arnie, anybody ?-
Chadli
-
He is in the radar..
-
-
I didnt see the game but Im concerned that in a 3-3 game he didnt get a sniff of points
-
not great...siggy?
-
My bad, here is my rest of the front 8...
Arnie..Albrig...Mata...Ramsey...Siggy
Roon...Studge...Costa
-
-
De Jong was way off the pace by all accounts
-
I watched the game (can't believe we bottled it in the 95th 😐 ) and de Jong was fairly invisible for the most part. A few nice interchanges on the break but never really got into the game.
-
disappointing considering the hype
-
-
two teams with good rotations in the coming weeks?
defence is currently
kompany, debuchy, dummett, wisdom and hutton
wouldnt mind taking a 4 pint hit if needs be
