Fantasy managers have three matches to feast their eyes on today before the international break is upon us. Up first, Spurs welcome Liverpool to the Lane as Mauricio Pochettino’s side attempt to pick up a third straight win under the new man in charge.

A host of players from both sides are on the radar this afternoon, with Christian Eriksen, Erik Lamela, Nacer Chadli and Emmanuel Adebayor key to the hosts’ chances of avenging the 5-0 humiliation that led to Andre Villas-Boas’ departure last year. Liverpool are poised for a superb run of fixtures after this match and while Daniel Sturridge and Raheem Sterling are the obvious targets, Mario Balotelli’s display will be eagerly analysed.

Villa and Hull go head-to-head in the other 1.30pm kick-off, with Paul Lambert’s side seeking a third successive shut-out before the fixtures take a real turn for the worse.

In the final match of the Gameweek, Leicester entertain Arsenal at 4pm. Aaron Ramsey rolls up to the King Power Stadium looking to net for the third successive league match, whilst Alexis Sanchez is also finding his form – having scored the winner against Besiktas in midweek, the Chilean’s confidence is on the rise.

1 FT, no other immediate concerns, Mata > Siggy? Or do the "sensible" thing and wait till after internationals?

I don't think there was ever any question.

      Robertson - Chester - Davies - Dawson - Rosie/Elm

What do people think about Pelle? May find some goalscoring form after netting yest plus southampton have decent fixtures.

Why not? There is no guarantee Dzeko will start next game and City's fixtures are awful

I agree, i can't see city running riot against arsenal or chelsea and aguero seems to be the only safe bet in terms of their strikers

May take Jovetic out for him if he doesn;t get the gametime, BUT I think I'd need a City mid to get some coverage

Pelle off the mark is a good sign, keeping an eye on him

So FPL are withholding a stat or two that enable Crack the Code (totalfpl) and others to predict with precision price drops and rises. How does this help the game? Just curious. Seems to be a negative to me.

Perfect Arsenal strategy... see the problem, dawdle, delay, postpone, get burned, make change, finish fourth.

Moreover, they've changed the actual formula. It appears players rise slower yet drop quicker. This changes the game dynamics considerably:
        - WC over the international break makes less actual profit.
        - In the past, it was advised to wait right up until a GW deadline to make transfers, in case of last minute injuries. Now that we don't know when exactly players' prices will change, it makes doing the old strategy far more risky.

      B - who looked poor?
C - how did Lamela & Ade look?
