And we’re back. Premier League action resumes with, potentially, the biggest of bangs – a lip-smacking contest between Arsenal and Man City at the Emirates.

On paper, it’s a fascinating contest with both sides looking to kickstart their campaigns. Manuel Pellegrini’s outfit roll up to North London, smarting from a shock 1-0 setback to Stoke in their own backyard. Arsenal’s start has been equally unconvincing – Arsene Wenger’s charges dropped points at Everton and Leicester and are often found wanting against fellow title contenders: they’ve a point to prove today.

Fantasy managers have plenty to consider, not least the impact of Danny Welbeck: the £16 million capture from Manchester United has attracted over 200,000 new owners this week ahead of his debut.

The early kick-off is followed by no less than six three o’clock encounters before we take the trip to Anfield as Liverpool host unbeaten Aston Villa.

As always, our Twitter feed will deliver all the lineups and key team news as the day’s events unfold.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

And this is the difference between absolute quality and just potential. Aguero finishes his chance not caring about being cheeky with a chip, meanwhile Welbeck couldn't finish his easy chance.
