As always on a Monday afternoon, we scour the Premier League treatment rooms to assess the players who picked up injuries over the weekend action.

Arsenal
Mathieu Debuchy was forced off with an ankle injury in Saturday lunchtime’s draw with City. Arsene Wenger is set to address the press later today amid fears the Frenchman could be sidelined for months.

Burnley
The Clarets’ forward Danny Ings was subbed off with a hamstring problem in the weekend draw at Palace, while Matty Taylor missed out altogether due to injury, allowing George Boyd to make his debut on the left of midfield.

Chelsea
Didier Drogba missed the Blues’ home win over Swansea after injuring an ankle during training.

Crystal Palace
Neil Warnock confirmed Joe Ledley sustained a hip injury in the Palace dugout and was unable to take to the field against Burnley. The Palace boss also revealed Wilfried Zaha was lucky to make the match after picking up an ankle injury in training.

Everton
Sylvain Distin missed the Toffees’ win at West Brom due to a dead leg, though Roberto Martinez confirmed earlier today that the defender is on course to feature against Wolfsburg in the Europa League on Thursday.

Leicester
Foxes number one Kasper Schmeichel missed Saturday’s win at Stoke after sustaining a minor knee problem on international duty with Denmark.

Stoke
The Potters’ left-back Erik Pieters was forced off with an unspecified injury in the latter stages of Saturday’s home loss to Leicester.

Swansea
Jordi Amat is set for knee scans after picking up a problem in the weekend loss to Chelsea – the defender left Stamford Brigde with his leg in a brace.

Tottenham
Jan Vertonghen was omitted from the weekend trip to Sunderland after picking up a minor muscle injury.

West Brom
Stephane Sessegnon was ruled out of the weekend home loss to Everton after sustaining an eye injury in training.

FISO have Naylor rising tonight, and TFPL have him around 90% I believe. Not accurate but it would be annoying if you missed out. No doubt he will be the go to Chester replacement.

A few options, but you're probably right. FISO have had players around 200% still not rising, so who knows?

Dropped it looks. New signings coming in so there is threat to his place. If they play 3 at CB he should start but otherwise it isn't looking good.

Damn I've had my eye on Naylor anyways but doing that transfer already while I still have Ferdinand and Colo as well seems like a waste.

      Hi All!

I've just pushed the button on a wildcard and my mind is racing with the possibilities!

      Anyone any thoughts? Current selection:

      Green/Foster

      Ferdinand/Duff/Taylor/Hutton/Wisdom
      Di Maria/Fab/Sanchez/chadli/Sneiderlin
      Costa/Aguero/Naismith

Would prefare better defence but money is tight!

      If this was your wildcard...?!

      1. Jay_

Double QPR with Green a doubt is crazy, change Green and Ferdinand >Chambers , also you don't need Sneid and Chad drop one for Boyd , I tried doing this on my WC with Zaha and Tadic it don't work

To be fair, I see him staying there (even as an owner). They've brought in a lot of mids, and a top striker. 4-4-2 or variants seem more likely now.

Chadli is a great punt, and as long as Aguero stays fit for a bit longer I don't see many other better options. The possible reward outweighs the risk.

I would consider Pellè too, that way you could get Baines, or upgrade Chadli or whatever you feel is best.

49 (-4) this week. utter nightmare. moving the armband from costa to hazard was a huuuge mistake, as was doing Rooney>Falcao. Only bright spot is Pellé.

    Hazard-Siggy-Ramsey-Sterling-Marney
    Costa-Falcao-Pellé

just pulled the trigger on Chester>Naylor, will do PVA>Bertrand next week, hoping he doesn't rise more than 0.1 (and that my attacking players stay healthy and decent). I really don't want to sell Hazard, Sterling or Falcao (that sitter he missed...)

So not WCing.. considering my defense is now

Terry Debuchy Chester Caulker Clyne ... i only like Clyne from that lot

is a hit justified at the back? got 2.5 in the bank and need to keep aside around 2 million for Eriksen to Fabs/ADM next week. so thinking either making just one transfer
    A) Debuchy to Duff.. still leaves me with 3 players in defense i dont want.
    B) Debuchy and Terry to Baines and Duff.. Lets me concentrate on Chester/Caulker for Moore in a few weeks. The way i see it is Baines probably the most likeliest defender to pay my hit back this week
    C) Debuchy and Chester to Naylor and Duff.. not a big fan of this one

I wildcarded last week to a very strong looking team with lots oftasty fixtures. Most of them did horribly, particularly sterling captain (know I am not the only one)
Begovic, Mccarthy, Ivan, Clyne, Moreno, Moore, Hutton, Sterling, Fab, Ramsey, siggy, Boyd, Costa, ball, Naismith 2m in the bank.
    A) hold B) Moreno to Rafael for that extra 0.2 C) balo to someone else D) Ivan to Baines

Pray he stays there. That's what most are doing today

So I'm spending the next 2 hours cheering for Chester to stay on the bench. This should be fun 😎

90+3 mins: And it looks like a bit of time wasting by Hull, as Bruce brings on Chester in place of Jelavic.

90+4mins: disaster for Hull as Chester bundles the ball into his own net with his first touch

90+6 mins: Chester takes a penalty. It hits the cross bar them rebounds 100 yards into his own net. He then kicks a ball boy and gets a red. -6

Shabbily treated at Utd imo. Never given a proper run of games even after scoring a hatrick.

Sat in a Wetherspoons pub, could cut the atmosphere with a knife. Pondering upon my latest gameweek. 'Upanddown' would be the word with one poor captaincy decision the difference, I'll blame my missus.

Anyway, where do I go from here? 1FT. 0.0 ITB.

    De Gea, Gilks
    Terry, Pieters, Taylor, Hutton, Wisdom
    Mata, Ramsey, Sterling, Sigurdsson, Marney
    Costa, Rooney, Adebayor

Seems an awfully long time to be spending in a pub, fair play.

Terry to Chambers maybe. You mid/attack look good

Have had an absolutely shocking start on the season

    Krul
    Clyne Lovren Duff
    Hazard Ramsey Sterling Siggy
    Aguero Rooney Naismith

    Foster Terry Marney Moore.

WC or can it be saved with 2-3 transfers?

    quick question

I have a striker as sub 1 and a defender as sub 2
If I play 3 at the back and one of my defenders does not play, do I get points for my sub 1 or sub 2?

    thanks

    xx

    Bego - Gilks

    Cahill - Dier - Wisdom - Chester - Moore

    Fabregas - Ramsey - Sterling - Siggy - Albrighton

    Rooney - Costa - Adebayor

    2 Fts. Was thinking...

    Siggy > Chadli
    Rooney > Balotelli

no, not yet: Rooney > Balotelli
fixtures are good for SWA. This seems very lateral: Siggy > Chadli

Budget aside....ADM or Sterling. ...who will score most from now to the rest of the season. Can't see ADM ever being "rested"
