Sunday seeks to follow on from Saturday’s tidal wave of points, handing us a pair of Premier League fixtures at Loftus Road and the Britannia.

It all begins in West London, where Brendan Rodgers’ Liverpool pay visit to struggling QPR.

The Liverpool boss has reacted to recent stuttering form with a series of changes, recalling Glen Johnson and Jose Enrique as Alberto Moreno and Javier Manquillo drop out; the latter is eased onto the bench. Emre Can also earns a first league start in the engine room with Philippe Coutinho benched, while Mario Balotelli is recalled up front in place of Rickie Lambert; the refreshed Raheem Sterling starts, as expected.

Liverpool find a much-changed QPR side in opposition, as Harry Redknapp rolls the dice. It looks likely to be a 3-5-2 set-up from the R’s with Rio Ferdinand surprisingly dropping to the bench to allow Richard Dunne to earn a start. Yun Suk-Young appears to be lining up at left wing-back in his first league start, as Niko Kranjcar drops out of the midfield. Further forward, Bobby Zamora is preferred to Junior Hoilett. There’s also a change in goal for the home side: Rob Green laid low through illness so Alex McCarthy makes his R’s league debut.

The Shepherds Bush action is followed by a tea-time encounter in the Potteries, as Mark Hughes’ Stoke host Swansea. Fantasy managers will be keenly focused on the display of Gylfi Sigurdsson as he bids to regain his spot on top of the FPL midfield rankings.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Liverpool are brutal..

    Fair play to QPR though- They look the much better team here.

    Tadic/Pelle - Lallana/ Ballotelli that comparison sums up Liverpool atm..

    Not ideal time to post with a game on but how's this for a WC team?

    Guzan McCarthy
    Baines Bertrand Hutton Duff Dummett
    ADM Fab Tadic Siggy Boyd
    Aguero Costa Pelle

      VERY nice. I'm working my way toward something like this currently. Will take a couple of GW's worth of transfers since I want to avoid hits.

    Think I'm going to have to do a -8 this week, got no Southampton players and no Baines! And I have Ulloa 🙁

    Foster - Krul
    Ivanovic - Tomkins - Wilson - Moore - Hutton
    Fab - ADM - Sterling - Siggy - Albrighton
    Aguero - Costa - Ulloa

    I think my first 2 transfer have to be:

    Ivan -> Baines
    Costa -> Pelle

    What should my third be?

    A) Ulloa -> Welbeck
    B) Sterling -> Tadic
    C) Tomkins -> Clyne/Bertrand
    D) Stick to -4
    E) Other suggestions? WC?!

      Dont knee jerk.. .Just do costa to pelle for now.. But otherwise stick, team isnt bad. One GW doesnt change things. Use next weeks FT to make further tweak depending on performances.

        Not sure I can dare waiting another week to act! But thanks for the input might at least stick to the -4 😉

          Ivan has QPR coming up. Stick till then to maximise returns and save - points.

    What should i do with this team? 1 FT and 1,5M in the bank

    DeGea - Myhill

    Wilson - Baines - Hutton - Widsom - Duff

    Di Maria - Sigrudsson - Sterling - Hazard - Boyd

    Welbeck - Pelle - Aguero

    A : DeGea --> Someone else
    B : Hazard --> Tadic
    C : Something else?

    My DEF:

    Guzan Mannone
    Baines Clyne Moore Moreno N. Taylor

    Please weigh in on best Moreno replacement up to 5.0:

    D) Dawson
    K) Kaboul
    R) Rose
    T) Tomkins
    W) Wilson

    NOTE: GW9 fixtures are irrelevant to my decision, since I will be starting Baines, Clyne, Naylor.
