Tom Huddlestone and Andrew Robertson are doubtful as Hull head to Anfield. James McArthur emerges as a doubt for Crystal Palace’s clash against West Brom, who look set to welcome back Ben Foster. Gus Poyet pledges to stick by Vito Mannone as Arsenal pay visit. Stoke suffer an injury blow to Glenn Whelan, while the Hammers are boosted by the returns of Cheikhou Kouyate and James Tomkins.

Neil Warnock has confirmed that James McArthur and Scott Dann are both doubts ahead of the Baggies clash. Dann missed the defeat to Chelsea with a knee injury, while James McArthur could also miss out this weekend after coming off against the Blues with a hip problem.

West Brom are boosted ahead of the visit of Palace by the return of Ben Foster. The keeper missed the Monday night stalemate with Man United due to a calf complaint but has since returned to training. Meanwhile, Jonas Olsson and Silvestre Varela are sidelined for the Baggies.

Gus Poyet has kept faith with Vito Mannone ahead of the visit of Arsenal, despite the heavy defeat inflicted by Southampton last week. Poyet also reveals that changes will be minimal, with “about 75%” of the side that started against the Saints retaining their places. Elsewhere, the Black Cats have announced the signing of Frenchman Anthony Reveillere, with the full-back set to go straight into the squad against Arsenal subject to international clearance.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes has revealed that Glenn Whelan will be sidelined for up to six weeks with a fractured leg. Meanwhile, Phil Bardsley is Stoke’s only injury concern after sustaining a back problem in last week’s clash with Swansea. Hughes remains hopeful the full-back will train later and be in contention to face Southampton.

Arsene Wenger has admitted Laurent Koscielny remains unavailable for Arsenal this weekend and is hoping to have his compatriot back after the next international break. The Gunners boss also confirmed he’s “not sure” over Theo Walcott’s involvement, though went on to say the winger will “certainly” be in the squad next week.

Cheikhou Kouyate and James Tomkins are back in the squad for West Ham’s meeting with Man City, confirms Sam Allardyce.

Steve Bruce has revealed both Tom Huddlestone and Andrew Robertson are “big doubts” for Hull’s trip to Liverpool. With Nikica Jelavic, Steve Harper and Michael Dawson ruled out in midweek, the Tigers boss concedes he may have to make “four or five changes” to the side that drew at Arsenal last weekend.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream as breaking news unfolds.

I've had this discussion already this week, but the stats don't show that Siggy nearly rounded the keeper and slipped two balls in to Dyer and Routledge who couldn't finish their dinner on the day.

Good news on Foster being avaliable so my GW team will be

    Foster
    Ivanovic - Clyne - Baines
Fabregas - Tadic - Di Maria - Siggy
    Costa - Aguero.C. - Sakho

    Wisdom, Boyd, Targett

I don't mind Wisdom coming off the bench with them at home to palace. Just hoping Costa AND Di Maria are not out that would make my team look abit cr*p

Yeah, long term I see myself downgrading Ivanovic to upgrade Sakho. I'm just seeing how he fares and if he keeps scoring. I also want to upgrade Targett to Hutton before I lose Ivanovic.

Great team. I wouldn't lose sakho. Agree downgrade Ivan soon but use the funds to do tadic > Walcott when saints fixtures turn sour in a few weeks, at which point Walcott should be back up and running.

          Ivan > Azpilcueta
          Tadic > walcott

    1. HuttonDressedasLahm

Potential. Has more set pieces and less likely to be rotated (Not that Chadli has)

From owning him a bit last year, I reckon Eriksen will quickly become a Silva-type (blanks galore) player. Very frustrating to own.

Eriksen was predicted by most on here to do well, he has bagged a few double figure hauls. Chadi wasn't, so is being viewed as a bit of a fluke.

Yes, but I "think" I'll get away with PVA this week (if he plays) and Naismith
Krul isn't ideal, but at least Spurs played last night
If there were not doubts on ADM and Sterling I'd be ok

Maybe just do 1, but then I'd bench Downing or Naismith

I don’t want to shamelessly self-promote, but I have written a blog post about Football Manager, and I’m sure there must be other addicts on here. I may do one about Fantasy Football at some point. It would be fantastic if you could take a minute or two to read it/my other posts and, if you like them, follow/subscribe to the blog (don’t worry, it’s free and only takes a click).

I was just thinking the same thing yesterday. With all the great heavy-hitting and budget options available, it's hard to see how to fit him in, especially until his role in MUN's line-up is finalised.

That said, I think he's a solid option for the December period when MUN's fixtures ease up somewhat.

Have a horrible feeling this is going to be a boring weekend in the premier league.

    Prediction 34pt average.

No goals for Costa, Aguero or Pelle.

This post is simply a thought & just my opinion, but:

Everyone on here consistently asking about Costa. Why? Because of a price drop? Or a top striker being injured forcing you to change? (Despite some solid options to replace with ie Aguero)

I read a great post other day (I forget the poster) talking about how even when Costa fit, yes he'll get us a goal, but rarely any assists at all, but no BPs & argued would be better having another striker that will produce almost same equivalent points, but get BPs as well...

Yes, I totally understand the ownership/easy captain option... But as (unnamed) poster claimed, statistically there's A) slightly better/equivalent options & B) we would be able to upgrade elsewhere in our teams

He's consistent and dependable. Basically guarantees you 6 points a week, which is 228 points a season, more than Aguero has ever managed.

My money is on Mourinho saying Costa has "a very little chance" of playing against United again like last time.

    Let the trolling commence.

Def dump ADM as Utd fixtures get bad now.

Every one wants Costa against our "defence" so they're prepared hold onto him this week even if he doesn't play.
