I asked this yesterday but in the lights of today's events:

    Would you rather do:

Sterling, Costa and Welbeck out for Oscàr(already have Hazard), Aguero and Sakho

    or

Sterling and Welbeck out for Sanchez and Sakho?

can't believe we (Liverpool) are sitting in 7th place the way we are playing. Ahead of Spurs and Utds and on same points as Arsenal. Top 4 finish seems very possible still.

We're only a quarter of the way through the season, anything is possible.

Once again people are writing off anyone that isn't the team placed in 1st right now. Sure Chelsea are looking great and easily have the best squad but anything can happen. They'll have a bad patch like everyone.

yeah exactly. i am more amazed how we are doing pretty well in the league the way we have been playing. it is a very positive thing. seem to be winning games where we play badly which is something we could never do in recent years. i think if the new signings find some form and the team gels a bit we can easily push for top4/

we aren't playing well but it will come, survive til the window and get a striker that can create his own shot. we're 2 pts off the 2 pt average that rodgers wants

yeah we badly need a striker and/or sturridge to stay fit. we depend too much on him. wish we had of got Bony. would have been perfect

agree if we were after a target man type we should have got him but i think we need creative one like sturridge to pretty much cover him since he always gets injured maybe someone like lacazette

Got Forster as keeper with exit strategy to Adrien in GW 13. Happy to hold Pelle but think they wont be able to keep the bigger teams from scoring (still could conceivably win mind you). Clyne/Betrand offer some attacking returns but I expect these to be limited, I think if Southampton play well against the big teams the BPS will probably go to the CB as cant imagine the Full backs being as adventurous

Tough break for hammers. He was flying. Thought big Sam didn't seem too optimistic.

I think rooney will be a better pick then Costa for the season, or am I crazy?

If Costa could stay fit then definitely not. Otherwise we'll have to see

Cahill is getting really frustrating to own. 2 CS lost in the final minutes in the last 2 games, and when Chelsea do keep a CS he always gets a YC getting rid of any potential BP's

I'm staying away from Chelsea defenders unit they can prove they can keep CS. I had Cahill all of last year and did well, but dropped him 3 games into this year. Don't regret it.

Which players in your team haven't moved out since the beginning?

For me its Krul, Foster and Siggy.

    Top players to have:

Di Maria --> Tougher fixtures but if you see the man play he's desperate to get goals and assists. Love how he takes most corners, regardless which side of the field it's on.

Fabregas --> Mr. Consistent. Back in the premier league and great value with good fixtures.

Sigurdsson --> When fit, for his price you can't go wrong. High chance of getting bonus points when he assists or scores.

Sanchez --> Brilliant year, on form, great fixtures. Great goalscorer.

Sakho and Berahino --> Worth the risk at being priced at under 6M. Amazing form, decent fixtures.

Aguero --> Destroys Man Utd, has the highest goals per minutes play, can assist

Pelle ---> Amazing form, main man at a dominant Southampton side

    Avoid?

Sterling --> As a Liverpool fan, I looked at our fixtures and I'm afraid Sterling might get rested for a few games, could they be premier league games? Perhaps. Until Sturridge comes back I'd avoid.

Hazard ---> Decent fixtures but for value for money I'd say Fabregas, Sanchez and Di Maria are better options.

Coleman --> Seems like more of a punt having him over Baines. His price is too high for what you get

Sterling could play as a striker soon again... Won't get benched as he wont play the cup game

If Coleman gets 10 cs's and 5 goals that's already equivalent to a 15 goal striker, and for 6.9m. Bargain if you can fit him in

I'd take Hazard over everyone of those guys you've compared him to! 😉

While Sterling hasn't been a points magnet, don't think Rodgers can risk not playing him in EPL league if they want any chance of UEFA CL next year.
