Saturdayโ€™s modest points returns pile expectations on to Sundayโ€™s trio of encounters, as an assortment of prime Fantasy assets take to the turf.

It all begins with a pair of lunchtime kick-offs, as Spurs entertain Newcastle at the Lane and Burnley host Everton up at Turf Moor. Fantasy managers will be looking to the likes of Leighton Baines, Nacer Chadli and Christian Eriksen to provide some early cheer, before attentions turn to the main event at Old Trafford at 4pm.

United and Chelsea meet head-on in one of the seasonโ€™s key clashes. It arrives in time to find Jose Mourinhoโ€™s Blues flying high on top of the table, while Louis van Gaalโ€™s United struggle to break out of a state of flux.

The script points to a comfortable away win, with Fantasy managers eagerly awaiting the visitorsโ€™ team sheet and the potential โ€œrevelationโ€ that Diego Costa defies the claims of his manager to spearhead the Chelsea attack. We’re in for a fascinating afternoon.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

        Redzone is the only way to watch football.

        Side Note: CL has a mult-cast too & if you're a neutral it's an interesting way to take in 8 matches.

    From the first couple of GWs the template midfield was Sterling, Fab, AdM, Siggy. Is it fair to say that some of the alternative picks e.g. Tadic, Alexis, Eriksen have broken that template completely? Blanks from Fab and AdM today would make things even more interesting

    1. Demí
      • 15 Years
      11 years, 5 months ago

      Yep. Now Alexis and Tadic will soon be part of the next template. Who's Fabregas?

    2. The Finnisher
      • 14 Years
      11 years, 5 months ago

      Yes. My midfield scored nearly 40 points last GW (subtle boasting) and I wanted to alter it as I felt the template changing...if I WC'd now I'd have 1 of the former 'template'

      1. SW6
        • 13 Years
        11 years, 5 months ago

        I avoided bringing in AdM and Fab a few weeks ago, going for Tadic and then Sanchez. Not sure if it's luck or skill that has turned things round for me.

    2. Tadic + Mannone + Vaz Te -> Albrighton + Jakupovic + Pelle. 0m left
    3. Siggy + Vaz Te -> Albrighton + Sakho. 0.9m left

    Current team:
    Guzan (Mannone)
    Tadic, Sterling, Fabregas, ADM, Siggy
    Costa, Aguero (Vaz Te)

    Not keen on selling Sterling or ADM like some peope are doing. What do you think is the best choice of transfers to shake my team up a bit? Haven't taken any hits so far this season, but thinking of it this week
