Far from a tribute to Chris Martin’s middle of the road act, this week’s ScoutCast reflects on the sea of yellow flags that have flooded our Fantasy Premier League squads over the past week. You’re nobody unless you’ve collected at least four by Saturday morning.

The uncertainty caused by phantom international break injuries dominates proceedings as Granville and I mark a return to the studio. Whilst I start praying for Georgie Boyd to step up, my co-host begins his campaign to hypnotise me into getting rid of Branislav Ivanovic before he starts putting further daylight between our teams. I’m refusing to gaze into Granville’s eyes.

Elsewhere this week, we catch “Cup Fever” and resurrect the ScoutCast team. Sign up and you could soon have the pleasure of knocking Granville and I out of our own cup competition. Providing we qualify of course – that’s far from a given.

        Reading through the last couple of pages it looks like Fab is being shipped out by a lot of players.

        I would lose Welbeck in a heartbeat if Wenger says anything in the presser. Contemplating moving him to Austin for a -4 anyway but since hes playing utd I think he might get a goal. Players always sem to score against former clubs

    Got 5 Flags and 2 FT's. Need this team news to make decisions. I think I fancy Azpi short term (2-3 weeks) over a doubtful Baines and Chambers/Wisdom as the bench.

    I can get Costa or Rooney in for Welbeck on a -4 but it also means dropping Fab for Chad or Siggy. Thoughts on that?

      I have the same three doubts. I'm happy for Boyd to replace one of them, but if the suggestion today is that both are in trouble, i'll have to ship one, and Sakho has the better alternatives in his price bracket. Yun replacing Baines isn't the end of the world.
