Baines to save my gameweek.
Please god make this happen. I know I have repeatedly said I don't really believe in you. But if Baines scores two goals tonight and keeps a clean sheet, then I will be forced to review that opinion.-
Cheer up mate.
-
Not asking for much huh? 😉
I would be happy with a CS and one assist.. 🙂-
Even just a CS would be fine. Let's not get greedy.
-
-
With you on that one. I've given him the armband as a differential. It seemed a good decision at 7.15pm last night, not so confident now!
-
Hull 1-0
-
-
-
I have 9.9 for a 5th mid and a defender. Which one is better for up to the Jan WC
1) A midfielder around 5-5.4 and a defender less than 4.5. I am thinking Jedinak/Larsson/Bolasie and Hutton
2) A 5-5.5 defender and a cheap midfielder-
Boyd and Clichy
-
Boyd or Ameobi? Ameobi is not creative at all. Some lucky goals and long streaks of 1s and 2s
-
Ameobi is a decent choice too, just not sure how much playing time he will get. Boyd is attacking and is guaranteed to get 90 mins each week. Pretty much all you want in a 5th mid.
-
-
-
-
Anyone looking at Kane for a cheap striker?
-
below 😛
-
Am thinking Kane Aguero Austin with more money in midfield to allow siggy sterling erikson hazard and fab
-
If he keeps getting game time. I heard there is a fallout between Ade and the rest of the squad. Good news for Kane.
-
-
What do you lads think of the idea of Wenger playing Bellerin at RB and Chambers at CM tonight?
I'd prefer Bellerin at right back. Montero had Chambers in his pocket, so I fear how he'd cope with Mane or Long.
I also lack faith in Flamini.-
Won´t happen imo. Wenger is too stubborn. Would love to see Bellerin get some minutes tho. And Chambers has a bright future as CM imo.
-
Chambers will play in defence.
-
-
-
Still no word on the cup?
-
Who thinks Kane will keep his place up until Jan with Ade returning? Fixtures and price make him a really attractive option i think but only if he's nailed......
-
been one of spurs best players. see him starting unless a major dip in form.
-
I can't see Kane losing his place, he is playing well
-
Getting him in today
-
Don´t think he could loose his place now, playing good. playing the Poch way, high pressure, lots of running without the ball.. young, hungry, exactly what Poch wants from his players imo.
-
Even if he doesn't play every game, as long as you have a strong bench, that's fine.
And at 4.9 ducats, you can afford to splurge on a strong bench.

Points predos for tonights players:
Baines – 1
Sanchez – 12
Fabs – 11
Hazard – 15
Aguero – 12
Azpi – 2
Yaya - 1-
All 12's
-
That will give me a GW score of 89.
Any chance of Baines getting 12 for a nice round 100?-
go on then. 13 for baines
-
-
Baines - 18
Sanchez - 10
Fabs - 3
Haz - 3
Agüero - 15
Azpi - 6
Yaya - 2-
This would be glorious
-
I'm capping Baines, so I start with what I hope for. 😉
-
I just have baines, kun, sanchez(c) today..good luck dude!

-

-
I have all 7 so fingers crossed !

Morning All, need some advice please.
I did Costa>Austin last night as I wont lose much value on Costa (0.1) and planned to bring him back in straight away but now I'm thinking which option would I be better off with:
A) Austin>Costa
B) Bony>Costa + Moore>Azpi
C) Bony>Costa + Chadli>Haz + Bertrand>Azpi
Current team is:
Krul/Elliot
Baines/Bertrand/Duff/Moore/Dummet
Fab/Siggy/Sanchez/Chadli/Albrighton
Bony/Austin/Aguero-
Sorry C doesn't include Bony>Costa
-
I like C
-
-
I am playing Foster (hul) and not sure on my which 3 defs to play -
Baines (mci)
Wisdom (hul)
Yun (BUR)
Moore (avl)
Could move Moore to Hutton?-
Baines wisdom Yun. I'd safe the transfer
-
-
What to do?
Foster/Gilks
Baines/Rangel/Duff/Dummett/Cameron
Sanchez/Hazard/Siggy/Downing/Marney
Aguero/Costa/Bony
0.1 ITB, 1 FT
Assuming no injury's tommorow,
A) Duff ➡ Hutton??
B) Save.
With Duff being 36, and still injured. Is it time to get rid? Burnley's fixtures don't look to good during December. -
My rival has two Chelsea defenders - I see absolutely no way that Spurs will score tonight. It cannot happen.
Chelsea clean sheet - 2.12.
I'm putting £100 on.-
Good luck. I personally think Spurs will score.
-
I would be delighted to lose £100 if I stay top of my ML.
Jesus. I think I have a problem.-
youre not alone
-
This pleases me.
Is there an anonymous group I can join?-

haha quality
-
-
-
-
Depends. How much is riding on your ML?
-
£0 + an immense amount of pride
-
-
-
-
I'm backing draw at 4/1. Good value when Chelsea don't have Costa
-
I must have a problem too.
I put money on players to score if they are not in my team haha-
Haha softens the blow doesn't it...
-
I do the same!
I like to think it works. During the games on Saturday I backed a Newcastle and Villa clean sheet - seemed to do the trick.
-
-
Kane to score hopefully. Terry equaliser!
-
I'd happily take that 🙂
-
-
-
Oh dear I've got 4 players playing in Swansea vs west ham next week. Also baines vs city. This does not look great.
-
Think a lot of people are in the same boat. I have 11 away from home...
-
-
naylor actually got banned at a really good time for me 🙂
-
If I knew he was going to get banned for the WHU game I would of got him over Rangel 🙁
-
Yeah perfect timing. He was set as my third sub!
-
-
😯
UTD's fixtures after Liverpool
Fellaini punt is strong-
Utd's fixtures including Liverpool
-
Its not like they cant score against Liverpool either 😉
-
Even stronger if you include Liverpool 😉
-
haha yea I guess this could be said. !
-
-
-
Whats the best keeper to have till the Jan WC?
Need to offload Krul and got some cash too-
guzan i reckon
-
Was thinking Courtois...Is he worth it?
-
not for me, I don't like having expensive keepers
-
-
-
Guzan is 0.1 more, looks the best option to me.
-
ALready of Hutton. Double on Aston Villa then?
-
Already have Hutton *
-
Yep i would, its only until Jan and i see 2 possibly 3 clean sheets in that time.
The expensive option is Hart, City have good pictures too.-
Cheers. Went with Guzan (heaton 2nd choice)
-
-
-
-
-
Went with Foster
-
I thought Fabianski is a good one , stronger team and decent fixures , good cover to have especially if you do not have Naylor..
-
Thanks all. Have done Krul to Guzan
That should cover me well with Heaton as 2nd keeper
-
-
No Yaya love here, i hope he will save my GW and took Aguero points 😉
(Owner of Aguero and Yaya, Hazard (c)) -
Would be interesting to gauge people's expectation from their players, so reply to this with a breakdown of what you'd expect from your players tonight. I'll go first:
Baines: a clean sheet, assist, or goal. I'd settle for 6 points.
Terry: Anything a bonus, I'm expecting 2 points.
Mirallas: An involvement in a goal, so I'd take 5 points.
Hazard: Same, 5 points and I'm happy.
Aguero: Same, 5 points would do me.
So I'll be hoping for 23 points from those 5. Any more and I'll be happy. Do other people set minimum expectations? If so, what are they?-
I want aguero to get 9 pts or more and all my other players a minimum if 5.
-
Minimum sounds about right, but Im expecting more than that tbh.
Sadly (for you) I have this feeling that Mirallas will be rested..
Both Hazard and Aguero should score more than 5 tho -
Baines: 6
Chambers: 5
Sanchez: 10
Fabregas: 5
Aguero: 2 -
If they get anything, it will be great 🙂 Dont expect much from any of them except Baines and Aguero.
-
Thanks all. Looks like there's a fair amount of realism on the whole then.
-
I just want Hazard (C) and Baines to do well. 10+ would be ideal as they are my main differentials in my ML.
-
-
nice to own a suspension free and refreshed Costa .........
-
next gameweek mate.
-
-
I'm putting in Fellaini and have Baines (C) tonight, what is going on?
-
better options than him.
-
-
Anyone worried Aguero might not start? I'm not (C) him and I think he may be rested.
-
That would be great. Means Bony(v/c) and Boyd auto sub.
-
No, he'll start.
-
that would be briliant, boyd comming in 🙂
-
Not really, not this game atleast.. a bit worried about this weekend tho. Roma coming up, very important game.
-
Everton game more important then Sunderland game surely!?
-
They wont underestimate Sunderland tho, 3 points is 3 points... Its the lack of options. If Dzeko is back this weekend, Aguero could get a rest
-
-
Dzeko is still out, and Pellegrini cant start with Jovetic as a lone striker.. can he? that would be mad
-
I think he played as a lone striker for fiorentina
-
-
-
no chance
-
Can't afford to rest him, COC will get a rest or if the game is sewn up and come off 60-70 minutes
-
City simply cannot afford to rest Aguero. Don't be silly!
-
-
Anyone think Oscar will be rested tonight??
-
New article posted
-
My main defensive tar gets atm are oshea and jewel ka both with a poor fixture thus weekend. Would make sense to save and get one of them the following week if I can get this line up put this week right?
Foster
chambers hutton yun
Siggy fabregas hazard sanchez
Costa aguero austin -
18 points so far, all depends on Haz (c).
Now, now. Team does look like.
Adrian, (Myhill),
Chambers, Azpilicueta, Yun, Dummett, Hutton,
Oscar, Hazard, Sigurdsson, Sanchéz, Boyd,
Aguero, Rooney, Austin.
Now, now, I only know I bought Rooney this week, but should I chin up, and do Oscar :Eriksen: and Rooney ➡ Costa for a -4? -
pleasant dilemma to have i suppose -
A. Bony > costa
B. Naylor/chambers > baines
thoughts? -
Bony, Welbeck or Austin and the extra funds..
-
Still cant believe Bony and Oscar didnt get a hatfull of goals/points last night !!!
-
Siggy*
-
Oscar always let's me down when I take a chance on him.
If only Fabs wasn't so pricy. did the swap for funds but prefer Fabs.-
thankfully have had fab since the first game
-
-
-
-
Anyone else notice that the game had McArthur as missing a penalty for Palace yesterday? Now it's gone. I wondered why the Jedi wasn't on it!
-
Foster (Krul) - rotation when fit
Azpi, Baines, Chambers (Dummett Wisdom rotation)
Oscar, Siggy, Downing, Alexis (Wanyama)
Aguero, Costa, Austin
Bench Baines for Wisdom? I fear Kun will tear Everton a new one.
