Don't see many people having Pelle as a potential replacement for Aguero, thought he played well today and has 3 easy fixtures coming. thoughts? Have siggy and don't want to double up on Swansea, Rooney unexciting

Cost I guess? How did Rooney play? Southampton still have tough fixtures and they are on a losing streak. Tbh, before his goal today Pelle has been on a horrid blank run

Rooney was not threatening, assisted on a set piece. Pelle always looks dangerous, he just had very tough fixtures I think.

He may be a good option for the next three GWs, the fact that I don't own Costa puts me off any other option.

OK if your team is perfectly settled and you feel lucky, as I would want the transfer to get rid again. I would only want him for 3 games, he has largely vanished against the better teams.

Can't imagine going into a City game against Leicester with no City coverage. Don't want to bring in Yaya but I just know that if I don't, he will be tucking away another penalty and smashing in a 20 yard free kick.

    Sanchez Yaya Hazard Siggy Downing
    Rooney Sakho Austin

He'd be a nice placeholder until you know if you want Dzeko, Jovetic, Sakho, Toure, etc. but he has Liverpool next which will probably only have 3 goals total in the game.

I'd expect United to beat Villa, but otherwise they have Newcastle, Spurs and Liverpool in the next 4. It's an absolute lottery what they get out of those. They can't keep winning while getting played off the park.

    Feel so good doing

    Marney>Toure
    Aguero>Sakho

    Finally got rid of Marney!

Sakho's points per game for his price are remarkable. Not worried about his lack of gametime.

Toure I'm skeptical about to believe it or not but goalscoring midfielders=high points. Ramsey and Dzeko could of been better options but we'll see...

Would you for Carroll or Sakho if you could afford both? Had Sakho for his goalscoring run and recently took him out for Austin. Is he more nailed on than Carroll and poses as a bigger threat?

      1. Lallana_
        • 12 Years
        11 years, 2 months ago

Carroll is better for the short-term, Sakho for the long-term?

Carroll's form is great but I think he'll lose it soon

        1. HammersXI
          • 13 Years

Would Sakho be a rotation risk though? I would love to spend the extra money to upgrade my team. But after watching Carroll play he looks very dangerous. So did Sakho though.

            • 12 Years
            11 years, 2 months ago

Sakho really benefited from Carroll when he came on. I think Sakho shouldn't get rotated. I rank West Ham right now as:

            Carroll
            Sakho
            Valencia
            Zarate

              11 years, 2 months ago

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. That's why I'm in a tough position. Idk whether I should go for Carroll or Sakho.

7 in 8 for Sakho. Hit the post twice and scored once in 20 odd minutes. 1.2m cheaper. Sakho for me.

Currently have 6 players either suspended or injured. Considering the dire circumstances what does everyone think of these transfers for a -8 hit?

Chambers, Albrighton, Aguero > Clichy, Jedinak, Costa.

    Foster
    Chambers - Hutton - Clyne
    Fabregas - Hazard - Sigurdsson - Sanchez
    Aguero - Bony - Austin

    Krul - Duff - Taylor - Albrighton

    Forster

Baines - Wisdom - Terry (Moore, Chambers)

    Yaya - Hazard - Siggy - Downing - Marney

    Aguero - Rooney (Austin)

Was thinking about Marney and Aguero ➡ Sanchez and Ings and going 3-5-2 rotating Austin and Ings for each of their tasty home games.

However the standard transfer this week would be Aguero ➡ Costa.

What do we think people, try to be smart and go 3-5-2 or go template with Costa?

Do you guys think I have enough depth to get by without selling Aguero?

I am going to lose £0.5m value if I sell aguero now and would really like to ride that out as I think £0.5m will be huge later in the season.

That's where I'm hoping to make some points 😀

Mini league with six of us has me joint top with 3rd place only 11 behind.

            Thanks for input!

You're a fool if you hold into him over that period. Points over value.

      Hazard to be safe.
      Lukaku for a nice differential.
      Rooney because he hates Liverpool.

Might go Lukaku for the differential. Need to swoop in on the top 10k. I've been steadily catching them in recent weeks.

My word. Erm, Hazard perhaps but like you say any would be good.

Maybe Kane or Bojan. If you can afford 0.2 more you can get Sakho.

Carroll, for the 90mins and BPs that Sakho won't get, IMO

A lot of people are doing Aguero--->RVP. Talking about knee jerking and chasing points :S

I aren't sure which of RVP or Dzeko, I'd least like to have.

Very tempted to do the same. I was poised to pick Carroll ahead of RVP tonight. Then I heard my 2013-14 ghost of xmas past pissing himself laughing, and now I'm wondering what the hell I was thinking of...
