I got Dzeko for 2 reasons.

Dzeko - gives you a rotating (c) option with Hazard
Sakho Lukaku or Costa. Dependent on budget. Others are expensive midfielder and non prolific rotation risk.

Well Everton fans have told me the whole team has lacked spark and that includes the fullbacks. Of course they're always more likely to score than your average fullback, but not to the extent they were earlier in the season

Indeed, the reason why he seems to stand out is that nobody else scores goals for Villa.
Sakho has scored in almost every game he has played, and just came back with a goal and 2 shots against the post in half an hour.
I'd rather Sakho playing 60 mins in an average fixture than Benteke playing 90 in an easy one, personally.

Started the season off at CB with Debuchy at RB due to injury problems, then moved to RB cause of Debuchy's injury.
He didn't lose his place, just that his place was given to him due to injuries. Only Wenger knows if he has done enough to retain his spot in the first XII'm not sure where the assumption comes from that he only started due to injuries. Sure, that is why he got played in varying positions, but for all we know Wenger paid that money for someone to start, not a player for the future.
Wenger is a mystery, refuses to spend for years and suddenly decides to splash the cash on a Soton player that was on the bench for most of last season. I assume that his starting defense would've been Debuchy Mertesacker Kos and Gibbs/Monreal, since they all had more PL experience
