costa to giroud for me hopefully hazard plays
-
bout time you got rid of him
-
feel drogba will play costa cnt play every game
-
Costa did,
he played midweek and last weekend-
jose can play drog for an hour he trusts him
-
but agst West Ham i aint so sure
either way, Costa may miss the 26/Dec or 28/Dec game-
plus West ham tough game cnt see a high scoring game
-
the current West Ham is more attacking than last season + they had conceded 12 on away trips so far so...
-
-
-
-
-
tricky fixtures coming up
vsWHU @SOU @TOT-
giroud against qpr without sanchez a no brainer
-
Sanchez out or likely to get a rest?
-
rest
-
WTF?!?!?! LOL um no...
-
-
-
-
-
He was rested at cup competition, wasnt he?
-
Costa played UCL and agst Hull
he may miss the game on 28/Dec though -
if he plays against went ham cnt see him starting vs soton big decision from jose

Tempted to ship Hazard out for Kane for -4. Any news on Hazard's ankle??? :/
-
Costa out for Kane** whoops sorry
-
-
Good night guys, may the force be with you
-
Night Zasa!
-
-
hey lads!! Is building team value really that Important???
whats ur take on this??
any illustration or link for the understanding will be highly appreciated.. 🙂-
it’s important but this season there are quite a few cheap and mid priced midfielders and strikers who are getting big points
-
I don't have any illustrations or links but if you work on the principle that more $ means you can afford better players generating more pts then it is clearly a good thing
-
Nope in the way that typical players view it.
View it this way - if you get good players in who score points, their value will rise eventually. It is the performance, skill and the role the player plays in the team that you should be looking at, not value.
If you only look at value, you become a point chaser. And whatever that goes up, comes down. Same in FPL, you might score a goal one week and not score the next. This is normal. By chasing value, what you are doing is that you are actually buy in at the times when the player is more likely than NOT to be not scoring.
Plus there are so many cheap/value players this season, I pretty much don't give a damn abt team value and I'm ranking ard 5k this season. -
Similarly, do not be afraid of letting go of players who have risen a lot in price if you believe that their performance will drop/won't sustain at such a high level (which has led to their increase in price).
This is because there are good and there are bad performances, besides ronaldo and messi, you can't expect a soccer player to score points after points each week. There will be dips in form or changes in a player's role and that's the time you need to quickly let go.
Besides, you earn half of the rise in price. If the player does not perform well, his price will dip and you can buy back without losing much.
Case in point, I bought Chadli/Downing after selling Siggy, bought Giroud after selling Alexis Sanchez (sold aguero to giroud for arsenal coverage) and bought Benteke for Costa (once Benteke's suspension was over)
-
-
Subtition order?
Downing Janmatt Hutton-
Downing - Hutton - Janmatt
-
Hutton as 2nd sub
-
-
Costa is an absolute fraud.
-
What we think..?
Kompany Siggy -> A. Terry Nasri
B. Clichy Silva
C. Vergini ADM
D. Vergini Fabregas-
Vergini Silva
-
Already have Toure. Still Silva...?
-
Yep. Unless you can afford Hazard instead.
-
Siggy to Hazard? Seems a bad move this week, unless you know that Siggy is still out and Hazard is good to play?
-
Yeah obviously only if we get more information. I'd rather have Hazard over Siggy this week anyway, especially as many will captain him if he's not out.
-
-
-
-
-
D or B with Vergini
-
-
Team G2G?
Foster
Baines/Zab/Rangel
Downing/Siggy/Sanchez/Hazard
Costa/Bony/Lukaku
Gilks/Marney/Hutton/Dummett
Cheers.-
yes
-
-
so wisdom to oshea. den is it neccesary to do asiggy to silva for a -4? considering siggy playing at home and silva away to westbrom. other mid are sanchez fab downing. will sanchez be rested?
-
A. keep Costa & save my FT
B. Costa âž¡ Bony
C. Costa âž¡ Giroud
which one to follow, lads?-
a or c
-
A
-
A
-
-
Apart from having no threat of suspension.. does Vergini offer anythin more than OShea? is he even the normal full back? or just a CB fillin in as a RB?
-
If my bench 1. doesn't start then does bench 2. come in as auto sub? :/
-
Yes
-
-
Thoughts on this side if I sell Sakho & buy Kane
Guzan
Baines, Ivan, Zaba
YYT, Sanchez, Hazard, Siggy
Bony (c), Austin, Kane
Elliott, Downing, Chambers, Hutton
I have a feeling maybe 2 of my bench to play so is bench in the right order.
Thanks. -
Who to replace moore with ? (0.1 ITB)
Saylor or Wasilewski-
Yun if fit?
-
Whats the latest on him. Is he badly injured ?
-
-
Saylor
-
-
If Hazard is injured for 2-3 gameweeks should I take a -4 to get Silva in or play Sakho?
-
i would take a hit for anyone if he’s out for +2 GW’s(also depends who’s coming in from your bench)
-
-
Taking my first hit of the season and doing Baines > Zab and Haz > Fab.
Yay or nay?-
hazard injurd? any confirmations?
-
Nay X 100
-
Why?
-
-
-
Does the gw rank take into acc of hits that i have taken if we want to qualify for the cup?
-
Yes
-
GW rank does not take hits into account.
-
Oops! Trust him over this buzzed lad
-
^this
-
-
Good question - GW ranks don't take hits into consideration, so you'd think you could sneak into the cup with a bunch of hits not counting against you.
-
-
Repost~
Siggy âž¡ Silva done!
-Covers my City attacker.
-Silva behind false 9 means he's getting more chances to score than others specially Yaya. If you watched the game, Silva was everywhere & he's likely to continue so .
Considering Costa âž¡ Giroud (C) for next free.
- never owned Sanchez, Giroud fresh & in form....Fixture proof & delivers in away matches too. Holds up the Forward place nicely before I use Wildcard ,plays QPR ,STO & AVL in next 6, Captain material all those 3 weeks.
-Likely to rise very much in value specially after playing QPR , raises my Team Value needed for Wildcard.-
thinking about doing siggy to silva for a -4. or should i just wait for one more gameweek to do it for free?
-
i'll wait
-
-
-
Price changes?
PS, Already searched by stickys and still can't find em! Thanks-
Zaba and Giroud rose. Siggy was amongst the fallers.
-
Boom! Inssie to rhe rescue on the risers again!!!
-
😎
-
-
-
-
Would you do
a) Albrighton to Boyd or
b) Costa and Albrighton to Silva/fabregas and Kane
Don't want to go into this week with a non playing fifth mid and don't mind a hit.
Current front 8 are:
Sanchez, Hazard, Erikson, Downing, Albrighton
Costa, Bony, Austin
Cheers-
What's with all the Siggy sellers? I know away form is poor but still pretty good value right? With Agureo sells most teams going with 5 midfielders so can rotate most weeks
-
His home form hasn't been great either. The issue is that most have got he cash to upgrade him more consistent. Value is less important at the moment.
-
-
-
ADM going to have a huge week i can feel it
-
i bought zaba just before he rose...and sold siggy before he dropped
-
Congrats.
-
Well done.
-
I bought Giroud 10 minutes after he rose. 😎
-
Did it bring you any more points?
-
it will this gameweek. hows your squad doing
-
-
i ignored silly price rises/drops and did the sensible thing and decided to wait on hazard/silva/yun injury news
-
-
Would you take Silva or Sterling considering you already have Yaya?
Baines, Boyd, Rooney out for Giroud, Silva/Sterling and a 5.0 defender- Madness? -
I know we don't have any hard evidence of this but do you guys/girls think Silva is one of those midfielders that picks up an assist and gets bonus points from it? (Similar to Downing and Fabregas)
-
He has done in previous years. Usually pretty involved.
-
That's what I was thinking. Downing is pivotal to West ham as is Fabregas to Chelsea, and as you said Silva is very involved.
I guess we'll see.
-
-
I think he'll get BAPs for a single assist. Very involved.
-
Yep, that's what I thought. Thanks.
-

Hi guys, hope everyone did well this week
This is my team
Guzan
Taylor, Azpili, Zabaleta
Yaya, Sanchez, Hazard, Fab
Bony, Austin, Kane
Hamer, Siggy, Duff, Hutton
1. I have no clue whom to captain
2. What should I do about Hazard ?
3. Siggy is gonna come on if Hazard doesn't play and Siggy is injured
4. Any suggestions to improve my team? I'm thinking of doing the following transfers over 3 gameweeks.
Guzan
Taylor, Zabaleta, Azpili
ADM, Sanchez, Hazard, Fab
Aguero, Austin, Kane
By that time, Yaya and Bony would have gone for the African cup and Aguero would be back (touchwood)-
I meant the following transfers:
Yaya to ADM
Siggy to Boyd
Bony to Aguero-
You can't plan that far ahead with Kun, he might not be back by then
-
1. Yaya/Bony/Kane
2. Wait for updates
3. Sigurdsson is probably fit
4. Just go with the flow, Aguero wont be back soon. Team is good for this week.
Good Luck! 🙂
-
-
siggy has a minor foot injury, he ll start this week!
-
-
Anybody else having problems with the FPL site right now?
-
had earlier, working for me now
-
Yeah, seems to be ok again now.
-
-
-
Diego Costa has levelled out now.
Stick or twist?-
keep him if you got him. Get rid in wc
-
keep
-
only have him because he’s never worth a hit to get him out(it’s going on for more than month now)
-
He will score a brace against West Ham.
Or he will be rested.
Your decision will effect what will happen.
Relax, don't be scared.-
You are quite right Mr Spastic, I will keep then.
-
and he will be rested... 😉
-
-
-
-
With rotation doubts over Hazard and Sanchez
Rooney and Bony are good captain picks right ?-
Not sura bout Rooney (plays CM now), but I've got it on Bony at the moment
-
yeah im leaning towards bony too
-
-
-
Do I really have to transfer out Moore? Don't really think I need 15 players, could do without wasting a transfer on him and have 14 instead no?
-
Depends on the rest of your team. Lately I haven't even had to use a sub. Wisdom and Dummet have been chilling.
-
-
Anyone else having problems with the fpl site?
