Common sense says 'rest-fest' would mostly happen 28.12.2014.

Rest-Fest for gw19 would suit me just fine, but somehow I have a bad bad feeling that it's going to happen for gw18.
Rest fest will depend also on fixtures, Top players playing in tougher games..ie I still think Sanchez will be rested for QPR so he'll be fit for west ham

Not much, those translate directly into fantasy points and can be extraolated from the weekly totals. Shots on target, penalty box touches, chances created, threat to playing time from other forwards, etc., would help with the answer.
