With gremlins in the machine, the clock was ticking on this week’s ScoutCast as Granville and I are hurried into service.

Displaying all the urgency and determination of Ade Akinfenwa at the end of season buffet, we waste no time in driving through the ScoutCast regulars, whilst weighing the merits of when to swoop for a certain “essential” Argentine.

    What are the chances Man U won't score? I ask cuz I'm not sure whether to make ADM or aguero captain! I recon 1 will get 2 points and the other 18. Just not sure which 1!

      Decent chance they won't score if LvG is stubborn and plays with 3 at the back again, think they will score 2-3 goals if he changes to diamond though, impossible to predict really.. It's good that RvP is injured at least so Rooney and ADM will probably be played in the right positions.. I'll try ADM for 2 weeks and see how it goes

      Why Mannone? He does not play at all, if you do not intend to ever play him at all then downgrade to a 4.0 goalie and keep the 0.2 in the bank. Hamer is 4.0 and he is playing until Schmeichel retruns.
      Or you could do OShea - PVA (4.5 - 4.2) who has better attacking prospects for the same team and use the extra cash to upgrade Mannone - Panti.

    I have just realised that my team selection is influenced by what day the matches fall.

    If all my players play on Saturday then I know I'll drop in Sunday and Monday.
    This is obviously completely irrelevant to total points scoring.

    But I noticed myself checking the sun/mon fixtures to who would be playing:
    ARS/MCI check
    WBA check

    Got to stop that!

          😀 very nice team. I felt the need to have Giroud or Costa over Austin, and think Silva can make way in the short term. Where can you satisfy a punt urge in your team? I don't see a slot for bringing someone in based on short term fixtures.

      Yeah, I have a soft spot for Clyne too, but I prefer A in this case as Leicester are looking to bring in Wigan's Maloney which would threaten Albrighton's already shaky spot. If we get snow, you'll need those subs.

            Adrian is not a cheap 2nd keeper indeed, but in my case there is no space for another deffenders (Trippier,Clyne,Berty,Moreno,Wisdom) and after 3 GW planning to swap Trippier for JT, so... :/

            One option to keep an eye on at that price range is Mane with Soton's improving fixtures. Was finding nice form before his injury, scoring in 3 games in a row.

      I'd go Ivan, that double chelsea looks great. But only applies if you only intend on having one chelsea attacking player

      Already planning transfers after using WC rarely works. Baines pretty much needs to beat Ivan by 4 to make it worthwhile.
