Alexis Sanchez is available for Arsenal’s home match with Leicester. Cesc Fabregas could return for Chelsea tomorrow evening. Raheem Sterling and Philippe Coutinho are expected to recover from knocks in time for Liverpool’s clash with Spurs tonight, whilst Adam Johnson is now fully fit for Sunderland.

Alexis Sanchez “will be back in the group†to face Leicester this evening, Arsene Wenger has confirmed. Arsenal remain without Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, whilst Jack Wilshere is expected to return to training at some point this week.

Jose Mourinho has revealed that Cesc Fabregas could return for Chelsea’s home clash with Everton after he chose to protect the Spaniard’s hamstring by resting him away to Villa last weekend.

Raheem Sterling (foot) and Philippe Coutinho (knee) are both expected to recover in time for Tottenham’s visit, whilst Brendan Rodgers is optimistic on Adam Lallana’s chances of recovering from a groin complaint. The Reds were dealt a blow, though, after Lucas was ruled out with the thigh injury that forced him off early on at Goodison on Saturday.

Yaya Toure and Wilfried Bony will miss City’s trip to Stoke tomorrow evening. The duo will travel to Ivory Coast to celebrate their victory over Ghana in Sunday’s Africa Cup of Nations final.

Adam Johnson has been deemed fully fit by Gus Poyet, after only making the bench last weekend as a result of minor thumb surgery. Connor Wickham has recovered from injury, though Emmanuele Giaccherini and Jack Rodwell are doubtful for the home clash against QPR. Billy Jones is available again after missing out through injury at the weekend.

QPR caretaker boss Chris Ramsey has confirmed Rio Ferdinand and Bobby Zamora will start against the Black Cats, with the likes of Richard Dunne, Nedum Onouha and Charlie Austin all ruled out through injury. Ramsey also revealed Mauro Zarate is in contention to be named in the first XI.

Wayne Routledge has returned to full training for Swansea after recovering from a calf complaint, whilst Modou Barrow is expected to shrug off a knee knock in time to face West Brom tomorrow.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of this evening’s 7.30pm deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream as breaking news unfolds.

I have Hazard but I dunno. I just feel they are losing a bit of steam at the moment...

It's the safe choice because everyone in my league who has him will pick Hazard for sure.

I could play Baird (SWA) or Moses (mci) but I'm becoming tempted to bring in AJ (-4) if he starts.

That's not crazy is it, it could easily pay off? And it'll get rid of Albrighton for the blank.

Aston Villa recently went 11 games and conceded just 7 goals (4CS's) up until they played the mighty Liv, Ars, Chelsea when they conceded 9 in 3 games. With Villa now sat at the top of the season ticker is it time to rethink Hutton as a pick

I'm not worried about 2 City strikers until Bony is back. The real issue for me is get back Sanchez and Costa as soon as possible, so getting rid of Fab would give me a bit more money (0,3) and finally a bit better defender option in future - (bertrand when he is ready instead od alderwireld)

Fabregas has 2 very nice GW ahead much better than Silva though.

    Forster
    Terry - Clyne - Bellerin - PVA
    Hazard - Fabregas - Silva - Downing
    Aguero - Kane

    (Hamer - Boyd - Wisdom - Austin) 1FT - £4.6

    Thoughts?
Obvious Sanchez hole in the team (Awaiting the teamsheets)
Austin out is the main priority. Downing needs to be replaced. Bench the 3 Chelsea for their blank? Strong bench is required.

Kane needs to be benched for the blank too... So I would lose one Chelsea guy soon

Ahhhh. Fabregas to Sanchez becomes more and more appealing. Have had him since GW1 though.

This was my preferred option. A chance that Giroud could be rested tonight I think.

If Sturridge starts, he has to be one of the best captain choices this GW!

        3-0, 4-0, and 5-0 don't tempt you?

Well our past three results have been 3-0, 4-0, and 5-0. So there should be goals, and if he starts he's likely to score. Better pick than Aguero against Stoke imo

Did you beat Everton 5-0 in the end? I turned off at 0-0.

Need a bit of help on what FT to make here - for 2 FT and 0.7 ITB

    Pantilimon (Foster)
van Aanholt Jones Terry Clyne (Baird)
Hazard Di María Sánchez (Puncheon, Boyd)
    Kane Giroud Agüero

Baird -> Bellerín could be OK but not really needed. (cuts funds and got 4 strong def already)
