The Scoreboard presents the Fantasy Premier League information you need from the day’s matches all on one screen, including the current top five BPS (Bonus Point System) standings from each match (potential Bonus Point earners are in bold). Actual Bonus Points will be shown when added – all points are provisional until then.

Gameweek 30

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Best option? All of them are for free.

    A) Ospina and Vert to Myhill and Terry
    B) Fonte and Vert to Ivanovic and Naughton
    C) Vert and Moses to Terry and Bentaleb/Cork/Ameobi
    D) Sanchez and Vert to Ozil and Ivanovic
    E) PVA to Naughton and save 1 transfer

    I really like A

Pretty much. He's still brilliant, but a cog in the machine now, rather than it's focal point and star.

C is good as well. I think Vertonghen to a Chelsea defender is a good move in general, it's just a question of how you fund it...

Re Aguero I'm seeing the same tired comments by some very good posters here. Here are the facts regarding his demise...

    1. Only three goals in ten matches since returning from injury in January.
    2. Those three goals came in romps against Stoke and Newcastle, who were absolutely shocking defensively.
    3. Since moving to 442 he's dropped deeper and wider and has been shooting for fun from ridiculous ranges and angles which look good on the stat sheet but aren't likely to get him on scoresheet.

    Keep him at your peril.

I should add that City scored nine goals in those two matches against Stoke and Newcastle. Aguero having only managed three of them.

Fixtures are decent. Rivals won't get rid. Only replacement I fancy is Giroud. Think I'll stick for now.

Can see why people are getting rid but he's the best striker in the league and on pens. I'll "risk" him a bit longer

For those of us not playing for rank anymore and only interested in MLs will stick as rivals have them. For those of us with some leads we will probably stick with him, he did also get behind the defence on a few occasions.
And with his returns having dried up, I would rather look at it as being due rather than ditching.

I would start Baird over Rose. He started today and Dawson/McAuley will be suspended gives him more chance of starting Vs QPR. I know this counters the fact you have austin but with him getting a DGW agaist two teams he has already netted 5 against this season, I would cover the Pulis clean sheet instead of a woeful Spurs defense away at goal hungry, two up front, Dyche driven Burnley.

Like many players I have Sanchez and Aguero still plus a few problems at the back (Foster injured, Bellerin not starting and PVA/Bruce not really likely to chip in with much).

Based on the stats and the open approach of Palace I've decided that Aguero deserves another shot, but I'm 50/50 on shipping out Sanchez (who I've held most of season) or tinkering in defence.

Villa in the DGW with Sherwood urging them on seem worth a punt, but there's no-one in their midfield looking remotely attractive and their defence doesn't look too clever either aside from the keeper, although annoyingly with no cash in the back Foster > Guzan isn't an option.

Open for advice but also wondering what others are thinking RE: Sanchez and Kun?

I'm thinking keep Kun, ship Sanchez. Too many other options there to justify holding, esp given blank coming up. Kun could come good, and can always ship for Costa/Sturridge for extra match soon.

Thanks NASL, I'm guessing the question is who is the standout in for Sanchez though?
I have Silva, Hazard, Eriksen and Downing already.
Mane and Sterling/Coutinho are options I guess but I'm not convinced by either on form basis.

Sadly, I dropped Silva for Sanchez before that early line-up mid-week match where Sanchez started up front, so I will simply reverse that. You have a solid 4 midfielders there.

I think you're on the right track for a fifth - only other option is a cheaper DGW punt, but also not very convincing.

So I'm on 38 (pre-baps, although not many coming) with 3 to play. All of my rivals gained huge and my ~ 6k rank is in tatters.

What do others do when they have an apocalyptic GW? Drink tea? Sit out in the garden staring into space?

It's hard to swallow when there's a whole week before you can get back, for me I tend to look at the players closest to me in the MLs and plot how I can compete with them the next week,

I guess this is why this game is so powerful, gives us a very small inkling of the frustration felt by the pros. I get more worked up about this than my team's results (and as an Everton fan there's always plenty to get worked up about!)

Forster to Guzan for the double (depending on injury)
Then it depends how you fell about holding Sanchez and Aguero, I'd be tempted to ship the former but as I'm finding elsewhere the options are less obvious than might be thought with form and fixtures.

I agree 'today' but this year is in diametric opposition to the usual turgid progress of the 6 nations which is generally about as competitive and unpredictable as the cricket world cup (shock horror Australia and New Zealand reach the semis....before Australia go on to win) and all over before the final game kicks off.
For once there are 4 teams that had a genuine shout (and Scotland and Italy - what motivates Italy to keep playing I wonder) and tension was maintained.

Fabianski, two plum home fixtures coming up. Swans turned up with respect for Villa today, and Gary Monks got his tactics spot on. Likely to do the same good fixtures coming up.

Mignolet has Arsenal away next and likely blank in GW33.
