When Kevin Andersonโ€™s workmates convinced him to put together a Fantasy Football squad the day before the season kick-off, little did they know that theyโ€™d unleashed a monster.

Eight months later, Kevin sits just three points off the top, ยฃ30,000 prize, in the Sky Sports game, having never played Fantasy Football. Regardless of the outcome, thatโ€™s a debut season to remember.

Kevin was our guest on this weekโ€™s live ScoutCast Hangout, joining Granville who made a return from his brief sulk hiatus, and Jonty to complete Tuesday nightโ€™s quartet.

We discover how Kevinโ€™s relentless planning and stalking of opponents has helped him scale the ranks to within touching distance of the glittering prize. We also take time to digest the double Gameweek options, previewing the weekend with all the usual haphazard panache.

If you missed Mondayโ€™s live Hangout, you can catch the full version below, complete with that classic moment where I crash out of the conversation and leave the others hanging.

If you prefer your ScoutCast in a more slick, digestible format, youโ€™ll want the edited audio experience, available on iTunes, via this link or the player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

      Superb stuff.

Interesting that Leicester are considered more likely to keep a CS than West Ham. Also Kane is quite low on AGS!

Yeah I noticed, very odd, but I would bet on both teams scoring here tbh. Looks like it'll be a relatively open game and both Leicester and Wast Ham have their best attackers back.

    Adrian
Van Arnholt - Koscielny - Clyne

2FTs and have nothing to do. Was kinda hoping for a red flag somewhere!

    Myhill
    Terry - Fonte - Clyne
    Haz - Sanchez - Silva - Eriksen
    Austin (C) - Kun - Kane

Bench: Foster / PVA, Boyd, Wasi

    A) Foster > Green for the dgw. Myhill will be first gk after dew

Triple Saints? Could be a good differential I guess, would play Myhill this week anyway though IMO. Maybe that GK transfer can wait until further down the line though, Myhill has a great pair of fixtures until Gw34, a luxury move getting Davis at this point.

Apart from GK's, I think Austin would be less than ideal to own after this DGW. I'd be looking at getting rid after the weekend and depending on who you'd want to replace him with, I'd save an FT accordingly if you want to do the downgrade either next week or this week.

C, Wasi to Naughton should be on the cards here, strengthens your backline and gets rid of a Gw33 liability. I would do that move right now and bench one of your saints for him, IMO.

Other option could be to do Wasi to Naughton and to downgrade Sanchez if you know who you want to upgrade Austin to next week. If you're not sure on who to replace Sanchez with(assuming you'll sell him before the blank), then keeping doesn't hurt.

    My fault for not explaining.

    Quick question
Myhill for next 2 weeks or play Krul & save ft for next week as I have Foster.
Have WC which I'll play GW33 or 34.
Playing Krul lets me get Mane & Sturridge or Pelle & Sterling in for Austin & Phillips for free.

What's the rest of the team? If you can spare one FT between now and when you'll WC, and depending on the rest of your team...I think I'd make that trannie tbh. SImply because I don't see many clean sheets for Newcastle in these next 3-4 and Myhill definitely boosts your clean sheet potential in your back 5 with three great playable fixtures.

Some advice would be much appreciated fellas:

    Pants (Elliot)
    Terry Fonte Bellerin
    Hazard Alexis Cazorla Eriksen
    Kun Kane Austin

    Bench: Moses* Dawson* Haidara*
    2FT, 1.6 itb - WC intact

Wheels have fallen off the team a little bit over the past week or two, injuries, suspensions and the like, but a GW34 WC is a cause for optimism.

This week the players I am considering removing in time for GW33:
    - Bellerin (rotation, blank)
    - Haidara (injured for season)
    - Sanchez (want silva)
    - Panti (blank)
    - Cazorla (blank)

To me haidara/bellerin -> naughton seems an easy, albeit boring move this week.

    Thoughts?

        Thanks mate.
The defender move I think i'm pretty happy with, just hesitant about araenal's fixture with Burnley next week, might be nice to have the security there in case arsenal or Sanchez has a great game (especially since most would have sold him by then), and then just being able to transfer him straight out for GW33 anyway. Thoughts?

It does, thanks. The only reason I'm hesitant about ditching the arsenal mids is their fixture v Burnley next GW. I could easily just move both out for GW33, but keep them for a good fixture against Burnley in 32. Obviously that means delaying the silva purchase, which could go sour, but may work out well, especially with all these people selling. What do you reckon?

I did look at that, but the way United are playing at the moment tough fixtures no longer seem "daunting". That's if the form can continue anyway..

Good move to get rid of Arsenal assets before the blank and Chelsea Gw 34.
Great form for Fellaini though can't argue against it, though if you're a fixtures man after the Villa game they have it very tough. I prefer Siggy/Mane at that price, but from what I hear when Fella has a more attacking role he rarely disappoints, plus his kind price tag boosts his appeal compared to Mata.

      I think it's a good move.

Fabianski isn't worth the outlay IMO, Davis is better value and plays for the better defense.
Definitely Davis for me here, Prodigy.

    Myhill
    Koscielny, Cresswell, Bertrand
    Hazard, Eriksen, Sanchez, Silva
    Sakho, Kane, Aguero

    (Foster; O'Shea, Moses, Dawson)

2 free transfers, nothing in the bank.

Probably should get rid of one (if not two) of Sanchez, Eriksen, Cresswell or Aguero? Think I'll do Sanchez to Mata altogether tbh.

Aye, he is costly, guess if you need the funds you could downgrade Moses to a bottom priced milf? No harm, no foul transfer there in the near future. I'd definitely keep Cresswell there, great differential now that you already have him and IMO I think Koscielny is the most dispensable defenderd in your backline right now.

More expensive and has the tougher fixtures until Gw35.
          Sanchez out
          Koscielny to Ivan?

Could then have some funds to work with for Gw32. You're looking at keeping Sakho for the next two right?

That's true, I have been thinking about getting rid of Koscielny too, especially with that blank coming up.

Yes, I'll definitely keep him for his next two at least.

    Planned gw33 team:
    Myhil
    Clyne-ivan-schlup/dann(naughton-haidara)
    Puncheon-mané-silva-hazard(sanchez)
    Kane-Aguero-lukaku

For 34 lukaku and mane>Costa and marhez for -4 ir can play naughton gw 33 instead of getting lukaku.

    c) Keep Aguero

Wouldn't be looking at transferring Arsenal players right now given the blank.
C is a safe and sensible move here. A is extremely maverick, guess if you're chasing it could be golden if you're backing United with these tough games coming up.

But I'd go for C here IMO.

It's tough this week picking defenders. I'm going with the defenders playing at home, which actually means benching PvA and Fonte, and starting Terry, Naughton and Bellerin.

I'll be praying for an Everton goal. (If you look at Southampton's away result, they have conceded the odd goal away from home quite often.)
