Our hopes of besting Paddy this weekend rest in the able hands – and feet – of Liverpool’s mercurial playmaker, Leicester’s imposing centre-back and Tottenham’s talismanic marksman.

Although Philippe Coutinho hasn’t netted in his last five league ties, the Brazilian starlet (17) has attempted seven more shots than Raheem Sterling (10) in the last six Gameweeks and has scored two in three starts in all competitions. Ally this with the fact that the Reds have recorded eight shut-outs in their previous 12 fixtures and we’re willing to take up Paddy’s 15/2 offer on Coutinho to score and Liverpool to keep a clean sheet away to West Brom, parting with £4 in our favourite wager of the week.

Our second bet has us backing Robert Huth to net his second goal in three outings for Leicester City. No Premier League defender has notched as many goal attempts (nine) or penalty box touches (24) as the Stoke City loanee in the last six Gameweeks. With the Foxes facing a Clarets outfit that’s drawn blanks in six of their last seven matches, Paddy’s massive 40/1  odds on Huth to score and Leicester to keep a clean sheet against Burnley is worthy of a £3 investment.

Harry Kane is the target of our final flutter this weekend, as Tottenham Hotspur prepare to lock horns with Southampton at St Mary’s Stadium. The Spurs frontman banished a two-match dry spell last time out against Newcastle United and ranks second among all forwards in terms of goal attempts (eight) in the last two Gameweeks. Kane has tallied a brace or more on five occasions this term and we’re backing him to repeat the feat, placing the remaining £3 on Paddy’s 55/1 offer on Kane to score two or more goals and Tottenham to keep a clean sheet against Southampton.

hmm, RMT says giroud and ML rival (who's 5 points ahead) will most likely play Kane

Is anyone here thinking Aguero could score more points than Hazard?

I have a feeling he'll run riot against Aston Villa.

Seen this debate crop up a few times now but was the consensus ?

    What's more important in order:

    A- top 1000
    B- win global league
    C- win mini league

I'm in danger of losing the Crystal Palace league now but I reckon that should take priority

wouldn't B put you in A automatically (at the top)?

I think C vs B depends on how much money is on your ML

Not really as depends who you are fighting against at the top. Blocking etc

A: schmeichel (with ospina) + schlupp..means doubling up on lei def this gw
B: harper (with ospina) + schlupp
C: schmeichel (with ospina) + chester...hedge my bets with a hull def

eitherway, ospina will play every gw from next gw

what do i do what do i do??

    Schmeichel
    Ivan, Janmaat, Clyne
    Bolasie, Sanchez, Haz, Henderson, Sterling
    Giroud, Murray

    Davis Kane, Kos, PVA

already took a hit to bring Schmeichel so no more transfers for me.

I just don't know if I should bench Kane and play Bolasie (saints defense after all) and who to captain. I going with Sterling right now but I'm afraid he's not explosive enough..but my rivals will surely captain Haz...

Look at hendersons points with and without gerrard on the pitch. Look at sterlings involvement in the goals when hes up front.

      The answer is clear.

I had it solidly in my mind to play my WC next week due to it seems more favourable cut and dried games but there seems to be tons of you guys playing it this week. Am i totally wrong, or could it be a potentially smart move to stick for this week. I already have 5 double players this week

Chasing a 64 point deficit to 1st place. I've made 3 changes already for an - 4 overall. Current team:

    Davis
    Clyne, Ivanovic, Rose
    Henderson, Sterling, Hazard, Fabregas
    Kane, Aguero, Giroud

Bench: ibe, Hutton, Bellerin - 2mil banked

I know 1st place has already taken a -4 himself.

Do I take an additional -4 for...

Ibe > Cambiasso.... Will ibe get game time?
    Kane or Giroud > Vardy

Opinions appreciated lads. I'm running it of time to catch up so I have to do something drastic...!
