Our hopes of besting Paddy this weekend rest in the able hands – and feet – of Liverpool’s mercurial playmaker, Leicester’s imposing centre-back and Tottenham’s talismanic marksman.

Although Philippe Coutinho hasn’t netted in his last five league ties, the Brazilian starlet (17) has attempted seven more shots than Raheem Sterling (10) in the last six Gameweeks and has scored two in three starts in all competitions. Ally this with the fact that the Reds have recorded eight shut-outs in their previous 12 fixtures and we’re willing to take up Paddy’s 15/2 offer on Coutinho to score and Liverpool to keep a clean sheet away to West Brom, parting with £4 in our favourite wager of the week.

Our second bet has us backing Robert Huth to net his second goal in three outings for Leicester City. No Premier League defender has notched as many goal attempts (nine) or penalty box touches (24) as the Stoke City loanee in the last six Gameweeks. With the Foxes facing a Clarets outfit that’s drawn blanks in six of their last seven matches, Paddy’s massive 40/1  odds on Huth to score and Leicester to keep a clean sheet against Burnley is worthy of a £3 investment.

Harry Kane is the target of our final flutter this weekend, as Tottenham Hotspur prepare to lock horns with Southampton at St Mary’s Stadium. The Spurs frontman banished a two-match dry spell last time out against Newcastle United and ranks second among all forwards in terms of goal attempts (eight) in the last two Gameweeks. Kane has tallied a brace or more on five occasions this term and we’re backing him to repeat the feat, placing the remaining £3 on Paddy’s 55/1 offer on Kane to score two or more goals and Tottenham to keep a clean sheet against Southampton.

    A) Coutinho + Moreno

Can't do Cout + Skrtel for Arsenal reasons.

Couti is more danger than Hendo.

Yeah, that doesn't sit well but I'm 13k overall so nothing to lose really. You never know, there might not be that much difference between him and Vardy over the last few weeks.

What do you think about Ospina?

Less likely to be rotated. Fixtures look good for cleanies. Arsenal attackers share points.

Why so sure? Apparently Coutinho did pretty good job as CF against Newcastle. What if they repeat that experiment? Sure, Sterling did score in that match, but if you look at the last 4 GW, Coutinho appears to be the better choice of the two. Not saying he is, but its hard to see why Sterling would be a clear choice.

Play Wasilewski or Bertrand? Wasilewski is an injury doubt, and would hate to get a 1-pointer against Celsea. But he is s double game week player.

Already made 3 trades, and not willing to do any more trades.

    Here's my current team:

    Schmeichel (Hamer)
    Ivanovich, Skirtel, Wasilewski (Bertrand, PVA)
Hazard (c), Sterling (VC), Coutinho, Fabregas (Matt Philips)
    Kun, Kane, Giroud

Abridged repost. Please help this poor soul...

Is this set up too punty? I am chasing a 50 point deficit. Obvious questions are captaincy and benching Kane.

    Schmeichel
    Ivanovic, Moreno, Kolarov
Henderson, Fàbregas, Hazard, Sterling (c), Cambiasso
    Murray, Agüero

    (Kane, van Aanholt, Alderweireld)
