Only one FPL manager could withstand a 52-point hit and walk away with a smile on their face. In this week’s ScoutCast episode we tell the extraordinary tale of the FPL champion’s “inactive” Wildcard, whilst looking back on Granville’s own, rather more successful squad refresh.

We tackle all the usual regulars, as Jonty arrives armed with another array of quizzical requests from you, the community. We look forward to the Gameweek 37 double Gameweek, assess the role of end of season motivation and recall the moment that Jamie Vardy’s girlfriend turned our world upside down. No really.

This week’s episode was published live on Monday via Google Hangouts. You can view the full, uncut footage in the larger player below or via our YouTube channel.

If you prefer the slick, slimline audio edition, you’ll need this link or the first player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Hello all. If you had to bench one of Sterling, Coutinho or Henderson, who would it be?

Blimey, close as expected. I was leaning towards Sterling myself. Have exact money for Sterling -> Ramsey, might pull the trigger and bench one of Hendo/Cout. Tough decisions!

    Stupid last page!

I'm away for the weekend at a wedding, and I don't know when I'll get a chance to update my team.

This is how it lines up for the weekend:

    Mignolet,
    Terry, Skrtel, Clyne
Hazard C, Fabregas V, Sterling, Cambiasso
    Giroud, Kane, Aguero

Subs: Pantilimon, Schlupp, Van Aanholt, Boyd

Already did Murray to Giroud. Good to go?

    Hi all,
    Current Team for this Week..

    Schmeichel
    Terry, Schlupp, Skrtel
    Fabregas, Sterling, Hendo, Hazard,
    Kane, Aguero, Giroud

    Subs. Pantil, Cambiasso, Duff, PVA,
    3.5m, 1 ft.

What looks the best option of these for this GW?
    1. Save
    2. Fabregas- Sanchez (1.6m)

    Hi everybody!

What's the consensus on the Murphy vs Pearson interview?

I think Murphy went a bit far but was right to challenge Pearson. Pearson's attitude is hugely alienating and aggressive.

Pearon is a fiery bloke and got annoyed after losing. He said sorry, and the journo accepted it. Murphy spent over 5 minutes trying to bait Pearson - that's far closer to bullying than what Pearson did

Hi guys, need some help here. Is it worth taking - 8 to swap: Cisse, tadic and pelle out for Costa, Downing and Perez?

Cisse looks to be struggling with his knee and with Ayoze on form i doubt he'll be rushed back (again).
Costa is costa and i'd rather bet on chelsea continuing theyre form than southampton tbh.
Tadic has been a disapointment with a few exeptions. what do you guys think?

Team after transfers will be: keeper: Krul/forster: defence: Jagileka, baines, Azpili, Chambers, and Neil taylor. midfield: Aarons (injured), Chadli, Downing, Fabregas, Sterling. Forwards: Ayoze, Costa and Aguero.
