Hang on to Kane or bring in Benteke now?
-
Tekkers will be coming in for me this week at Kane's disposal
-
Get Benteke if it's free, hold Kane if it's for a hit.
-
This.
-
-
I would Ben of Tekkers, IMO.
-
-
Get Kosc in for -4 this week, or wait til next week and play Skrtel instead?
Slightly favouring getting Kosc for -4, a favourabe fixture and Skrtel has Chelski
Also, best 3.8 defender, McShane or Wasil?
thx-
Only Wasi is 3.8
If you think Kosc will get a CS this week, get him.
-
-
I will do Skrtel and Fàbregas to Stones and Sánchez for free.
Bench Sterling, Boyd or Austin??-
Boyd probably.
-
Boydinho
-
Hmm I see but I have Hendo and I´m not so sure about playing two Pool players against Chelsea AWAY, with Hendo still bench Boyd??
-
Boyd I guess
-
-
Fab -> Sanchez (for free)
or
Sterling + Hendo -> Sanchez + Gomez (-4)
which one guys?-
A.
-
-
First to 3 wins.
A) Ramsey
B) Ozil-
Ramsey, but only just.
-
ozil luv home games
-
Ramsey
-
King Rameses II
-
-
MLS fantasy football is more fun surprisingly but I like FPL for the competitiveness. Going to play both every year now 🙂
-
I played MLS two years back, left midway.
Think I will play the whole season this year, since that is the only fantasy I'm doing well in. 😉
-
-
For the first time in like ten weeks I do my transfers early, and then Hazard goes on a vacation...
Can't seem to catch a break this season. -
Play Davis or Mignolet this week?
-
Play Davis. Soton are due a CS.
-
Mignolet
-
Davis
-
Davis for me here, IMO.
-
Thanks guys!
-
-
Sorry, wasnt online for the past 7hours. Whats this Hazard news? Is he defenitely out for the weekend (if on holiday)
-
They were all given 5 days off, apparently.
-
-
Give us a hand lads. Team at the moment for GW 36 (BANK = £0.0m, 1 FT):
Krul
Terry Skrtel C.Dawson
Hazard Sanchez Silva Sterling
Benteke Aguero Kane
subs - Davis, Grealish, van Aanholt, Naughton
a) Skrtel > Bellerin (bank some cash for the DGW?)
b) Sterling > Cazorla (only Arsenal MID i can afford with a straight swap)
c) Sterling & Skrtel > Ramsey & Bellerin (means 3 ARS so no Giroud/Ozil/Caz etc)
d) Save and play team above
e) Summat else??-
C
-
Bit worried about being locked into my 3 Arsenal players if i do that. I'd like to see them play Monday night really before nailing those 3 down for the DGW. Especially if Giroud starts and looks half decent
-
I think that -4 for Bellerin is too much of a risk
-
There is that as well, especially as he's far from a cert to start both in the double.
-
-
Looks like you'll need to take a hit if you want Giroud, unless you save transfer.
-
Giroud is gonna be a problem i don't wanna think about at the moment really. Losing one of Kane/Benteke/Aguero is gonna be a serious headache next week. Maybe a little muscle strain for Giroud on Monday night is in order mwahahaha
-
That's an interesting point, not sure I'd take two hits both this and next GW tbh. Think B is the way to go if you're planning on making space for Giroud next week.
-
It's gonna be a nightmare deciding. Who would you sell for Giroud if any?
Kane (HUL eve)
Aguero (swa SOT)
Benteke (sou BUR)-
Kane. Other two are in better form atm. That would sway it for me
-
I have the same dilemma Dunny, but am looking at getting Kane in for Tekkers that GW for free, then switching back to Tekkers Gw38. Anyway, in your case, I think Kane will score the least of that lot in 2 Gw's tbh. Just can't dispute the form of Aguero and Tekkers right now, both are on fire.
-
Cheers for all the input boys. This place is so much more civilised this time of night 😉
-
Good to see some of the Old Boys on here Dunny.
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
Ooof, tough one here. Ideally would get Rambo/Ozil, but I'm not sure I'd take a hit for Skrtel to get one in IMO, less so if it's for Bellerin and take away from at third Arsnela attacker tbh. I'm not an avid fan of Cazorla in terms of open-play threat, but his stats are noteworthy and he played well. Certainy not my first option, but if for free, in your situation I'd choose him tbh.
B for me here. Though, would a possible Naughton + Sterling --> McShane + Ramsey be possible?-
Yeah i think Bellerin is a no go really. Left myself in a tight spot after last weeks transfers (although i did get Benteke so can't really complain too much!)
I can afford a £5.7m DEF so plenty of choice if i go with option c), just not sure i wanna take the hit unless i'm gonna get a DGW defender now. I daren't go DOUBLE Sunderland at the back do i?!-
No. 😀
Gomez?-
That is another option. To just do Sterling > Larsson/Gomez (pens!!)
But then i think i'd find myself benching whoever i get to start Grealish instead. Which makes me wonder why i'm not just saving a transfer! lol
I could even start Grealish this week anyway and bench Sterling but it just doesn't sit right with me-
Try to see where you are, next week. If Grealish is your cheap mid, I would certainly do the Cazorla move. 🙂
-
You don't like Grealish?
-
-
-
-
Yeah Bellerin is very risky move tbh, nice move getting Tekkers. Classy choice!
I'd stay away from option C tbh, think Skrtel is a great choice for (CRY, stk) IMO. Don't think the hit in isolation will be re-payed. Guess that's why I'd go for McShane in for Naughton, relatively rise averse if you hang the hit over McShane's head as Naughton's out and Hull play (BUR) this week. Think that's one of the good bets for a CS this week considering Burnley's woeful attack. Would bench Skrtel in his favor fwiw.
No double Sunderland at the back please!-
oooo sh1t you said Naughton for McShane.
Woah yeah i can afford that actually, just. If Ramsey goes up tonight though i can't. Hmmmm decisions.-
Aye 🙂
I'd consider it, but like I said above a lot depends on whether or not you're planning on getting Giroud in IMO. It looks like you'd need to take a hit top get him next week. In that case, I think B is the safe and sensible move here tbh.-
I agree. Nothing wrong with Cazorla, he's a solid pick
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
B, imo
-
@Dunny, sorry.
-
I quite like the look of Cazorla as a kinda of semi-differential tbh. Plus a penalty taker is always welcome 😀
Great to see you back by the way mate, the place wasn't the same without you-
Cheers, SuperD! 🙂
http://members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/my-stats-tables/view/1373/
Cazorla has risen quite satisfactorily, and I may choose him over Ramsey, this week.
-
-
-
I'm looking to do Hendo -> Santi rather than Toby -> Kosc as my 3rd Arse.
Seems more exciting hoping for a goal.
But last DGW it was the defenders who flourished.-
Yeah i think that sounds sensible. Pens in the locker as well
-
I like it.
-
-
Morning lads. Need to start two from the following. Actually leaning towards A and B.
A) Vlaar (WHM)
B) Bertrand (lei)
C) Hendo (che)
D) Boyd (hul)-
Well, A for sure. Maybe Henderson?
-
Cheers Doos. I just feel Hendo has 2 pointer written all over him
-
-
AC
-
Thanks
-
-
A and C for me mate 🙂
-
Cheers Zasa
-
-
CD
-
Assuming Boyd is gonna start ofc. Why did he only play a half last weekend?
-
Sorry, should have said I can't play two mids. I need at least one from A or B.
And he played 45 mins I think due to Duff's red card-
Ah ok.
A and C then for sure
-
-
-
AC maybe.
-
Cheers TM 🙂
-
-
-
This is my team for next week atm. A bit baffled about what to do next tbh.
Myhill
Ivan, Terry, Kos
Hazard, Sanchez, Silva, Sterling
Vardy, Giroud, N'Doye
Krul, Schlupp, Skrtel, Cork. 1ft and 3m itb
Should getting a Sun player be priority? Was going to get Wickham for N'Doye next GW? Is it worth selling Sterling for the likes of Gomez? Or take a punt with Mirallas or dare I say Newcastle players like De Jong or Cisse if declared fit for 90?-
leading or chasing?
i wouldnt want to go anywhere near newcastle just now-
I am well ahead in my mini league have it in the bag. Sat around the 20k mark so just looking to have some fun now really. Cisse goals per min ratio is great and he has the fixtures to do well but will Newcastle bounce back in any way?
-
ok if its fun makes it easier-goals per min is good, but i'm expecting newcastle to be beaten at least 3-0 in there next 3 and will be planning accordingly(you already have myhill this week)
its wickhamtime i suppose but i cant get excited about this, you have your 3 ars
with your squad and situation i might just ride the FT till next GW or could you just afford tekkers (for n'doye) this week?Am waiting on news from leics-vardy is superman but how long can he keep playing on those injections?-
I'm .1 short of Vardy to Benteke it's painful. I think N'Doye at home to bottom dwellers Burnley this GW is a good match for him. I thought about selling him for Benteke but quite like his fixture. I can't get excited about the Wickham transfer either. Makes sense but I have my mini league won so let's let loose a bit and take some punty transfer AKA Vardy to Wickham. . . . .
-
-
-
-
-
Which GK & 2 defenders would you bench from these?
Schmeichel - Pantilimon
van Aanholt - McShane - Duff - Terry - Skrtel-
Play Schmichel, McShane, Terry and PvA
-
same
-
Expect Hull to score? Thought Duff may be worth a run but PVA has more potential.
-
I expect them too yeah. PvA is so much more attacking though, and everton are inconsistent so you never know.
Mind dropping me and opinion above? -
I reckon Hull will score for sure. Bench Schmeichel, Duff and Skrtel imo
-
Double SUN seems a big risk.
-
Yeah it is. Play Schmeichel and spread the risk of you like. I feel Southampton are more likely to score than Everton this GW for some reason though.
-
Everton scoring in last 7 is hard to overlook.
-
This is true. Villa really needed a result from them last gw though and got it to put an end to Evertons great run of form. Sunderland need a result now also. This relegation scrap is very exciting and the likes of Leicester, Hull, Sunderland will put in some big performances I reckon. Southampton fighting for a spot in Europe also and Everton have nothing to play for. Food for thought I suppose.
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
Sunderland and Burnley
-
Play Skrtel hey?
-
Yes. Skrtel over PVA.
-
-
-
Schmeichel
McShane Terry Sktrel
subs - Panty, PVA, Duff-
Stupid defenders.
-
-
Cheers all.
-
I'd bench Panti, Duff and PvA here TM.
-
Agreed, ignore the guy that says play Sunderland
-
-
-
So, is Hazard in Thailand or is he in Blackpool ?
Shouldn't we be worried that all these Chelsea players are getting 5 days rest and might just play casually the next 3 and end up producing poor fantasy returns ?-
i hope Jose will give us a list of those on holiday tomorrow...
-
Start taking Liverpool players off the bench.
-
-
Arsenal has 3 home games in next four and Ozil’s big haul all came from home games…
Shouldn’t we be looking at Ozil?-
Ramsey & Sanchez are better options imo. Bigger goal threat.
Not to say Ozil isn't a good punt though.
-
-
Still amazed by Lionel Messi. Incredible stuff from him today.
Best player ever.
Shame for Ronaldo as in any other generation he'd be the best.-
Is Ronaldo better than Maradona was?
-
-
Do we expect Gerrard to start vs Chelsea? I'm a Hendo owner of course
-
I would.
-
deffo
-
-
Play two Pool players (Sterling and Hendo) or bench Sterling and play Boyd??
-
Play both pool
-
It's probably worth a hit to get Sterling out, then play Hendo
-
But the problem is I can take Sterling out for someone for -4 but just for this week because at GW37 I need to bring in someone cheap (I´m thinking Gomez from Sunderland) to do Austin to Giroud.
A hit for a one week punt is worthy??-
will sterling to albrighton(on fire and 3 good battling fixtures) leave you enough money for the proposed striker switch?
-
Yes but I already have 3 Leicester players (Schmeichel, Schlupp and Vardy), any other suggestion??
-
okay maybe you go with gomez
not sure of your budget and puntability-mccarthy?everton having a lot of fun just now ,fixtures,form-i dont rate SUN defensively
but i rate liverpool even less!!!!-
I have three options:
A) play both Pool players
B) bench Sterling and play Boyd
C) Sterling to Gomez and play him
Which one you prefer??-
C
it gives you cash
the kid's headzgone and chelski is not the fixture to get it back-
But I´m still not sure about that.
Sunderland plays AWAY against Everton and if Gomez gets 2 or 3 points I lose points with a -4 hit.
Maybe I can play Sterling or Boyd or even a 4-3-3 with Schlupp joining Terry, Kos and Schlupp.
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
pool a shambles just now-jettison for me
holiday masterplan from maureen equals another stroll in park against BR (who will try too hard with the 'blood and guts' tactic),last season rerun
-
-
Good to go and bench look right? 0FT
Schemeichel
Terry Kos Vlaar
Hazard Fabregas Ramsey Henderson
Giroud Benteke Aguero (c)
Bench - Schlupp, Cambiasso, PVA-
Looking good
-
-
So here's my lot:
Schmeichel
Terry Trippier Schlupp
Hazard Fabregas Ramsey Coutinho
Aguero(C) Benteke Giroud
Pantillmon Cambiasso Skrtel PVA
1FT 0.2 ITB
Original plan was to save the FT and do Fab->Sanchez, Benteke->Defoe/Wickham next week, but now I'm thinking Fab->Silva this week and do the same transfers next week (with Silva instead of Fab) for a -4.
So effectively it boils down to doing Fab->Silva this week for a -4. Worth it?-
Nah not for -4 I don't think.
-
OK thanks.
-
-
-
Morning all.
What's the story with Haz? i saw some post about possible vacation..?-
He's on holiday somewhere. Rumours are that Jose gave the whole squad 5 days off
-
The whole squad 😯
Then who will play against LIV?-
They don't need training.
-
Ah, so safe to assume Haz will play, I guess.
-
-
It's only a 5 day holiday, apparently. So they'll be back for LIV
-
I'm sure United and fans would have rathered Chelsea training and getting prepared for the game though
-
Game day against Liverpool is pretty much another holiday. Zing! I'm here all week.
-
-
-
-
He's in a land of beaches, sun and palm trees. That's about as much as anyone knows, unless the exact location has been determined and I am unawares.
-
Cheers both of you.
So to be sure, we need some paparazzi, not scouts anymore 😛-
There ya go!
-
-
-
-
Is doubling up Gomez with Larsson too much for my draft league side for gwk 37 or should I take a punt on Lamela (HULL)?
Thanks-
Lamela
-
yep
-
-
Siem De Jong 😉
-
I'm tempted if Carver said he was ready for 90
-
Worth a punt in a draft league i'd say
-
Cisse?
-
I have Cisse already so tempted to stay away from de Jong.
-
-
-
-
-
-
quick Q from land of smiles.
to get Sanchez & Ramsey I could lose Ivan or Fab for last 3 games, which one?-
Ivan
-
Cheers.
Too obvious. looks like I can't afford that. Doh!!
Might need to Ozil & Ramsey.
-
-
Fab for sure, IMO mate
-
-
There ya go Cavs. Way to serve it up to the Bullshites. I mean, Bulls.
-
Purely for this weekend, Vardy or Giroud?
Will make the move next week at the latest.-
Giroud I think . . .
-
Giroud
-
for this GW only?
vardy has form giroud looked knacked-in need of a holiday?
grav-grace brothers?
-
-
Literally every highly billed sporting event this week dwarfed the "fight of the century" - CL semis, WGC Match play and the snooker WC. Tbh I saw a couple of cretins having a better fight outside a burger king on the weekend.
Ah well at least there's 85 years left in the century-
Best hug of the century.
-
-
Just saw Messi's goals.
The 2nd one is just out of this world. -
sanchez rising tonight ?
