Today’s action concludes with a fitting climax, as we drop in on the champions at Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea go into the opening day clash with Swansea having won 15 of their 19 home league matches, without suffering defeat.

However, Garry Monk’s side turn up having claimed all three points at Old Trafford on the opening day of last season and will be looking to improve on their performances against the Blues: they shipped nine goals to them last term, suffering 5-0 and 4-2 defeats.

    I dont think this is going to be a very high scoring GW - at least there are no obvious bandwagons, so far, that I feel agrieved at not joining. Tranfer market will be interesting this week 🙂

    Why are they debating whether it was a clear goalscoring opportunity or not. Surely it doesnt matter when he challenged him knee high anyway. Being a goalkeeper doesnt excuse you from that.
