      Doubt it. It's about the percentage of owners who sell that affects the fallers - can't see enough people knee jerking straight away for him to drop with his ownership. And no big deal if he does - no-one scores every week, their loss.

    Was always planning to do sterling > mid range so I can afford Aguero in next couple weeks

    Is it worth just getting mahrez now to get price rises?
    I'm quite keen to up team value early on but it's bit of an obvious knee jerk

      Had exactly the same plan (but I thankfully had Mahrez in the team!). Can either liquidate Walcott or Sterling or Benteke to make up the funds so I'm just going to keep the worst of the bench when it comes to GW3/4

    If you have a bave gameweek ranking this week I wouldn't worry. Even the teams who are doing well haven't scored that well so in a highscoring week it should be quite possible to catch up.

    Is Raheem Sterling a captain heavy hitting material? I just can't imagine messing up my team's structure with having Mr. Aguero especially with the fact that Rooney is 10.5 and a nailed on striker that is going back on penalties.

      You can also call me an Aguero lover, which I am, but that doesn't change my opinion about Sterling. Justify your decision to yourself in whichever way you wish, and then go with it. You shouldn't really need our blessings.
      I don't think most people on here are going to say yes, just because he doesn't have the track record to justify that status yet.

    34 points with Mané, Cedric and Cazorla to play. Two most expensive players Ivan and Hazard did nothing for me and Costa blanked. Could have been worse. Defoe scored and flukey Rooney assist. Beggars can't be choosers. I may regret my lack of City Pool coverage though depending on their results.

        So I run a league with some veteran players and some brand newbies. I write a weekly recap of the league with standings, etc. I feel some Commissionerly duty to point out the deadline to the newbies, but I have strong competition and would love it if some of the chief rivals happen to stumble.

        Tough tightrope to walk there.

            Yeah,
            I think I've generally given people a heads up reminder in the past, but I kind of bury it down in the email. Typically rather epic length, full of banter/ridicule/praise etc.. If they don't read it all, it's their loss...
