After yesterday’s disappointing start, many Fantasy managers will be looking for some of Sunday’s heavy hitters to come to the rescue.

A couple of 1.30pm kick-offs get us underway. Community Shield winners Arsenal welcome West Ham to the Emirates before Steven McClaren takes charge of Newcastle for the first time in the top-flight as in-form Southampton roll up to St James’ Park.

Stoke play host to big-spending Liverpool in the late kick-off, with Brendan Rodgers’ side looking to immediately avenge their 6-1 mauling at the Britannia in the final league fixture of 2014/15.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

If Payet was 0.5 or 1m cheaper, he'd be a good option

Cech must need to save them 18 points now, because it's looking like he's going to be on -3 already.

Massadio Haidara's cross takes an unfortunate deflection off Sadio Mane and past Maarten Stekelenburg, leaving Papiss Cisse to chest the ball into an open net.

Payet looks like some player. Its an absolute privilege to watch him play. Think Walcott -> Payet will be my transfer this week

Walcott is likely to play next week the way this is going. I think he might come on on half time.

Walcott owners, I think this is a perfect scenario. Arsenal are chasing, introduction of Walcott is more likely than ever. Let's hope at half time
