After yesterday’s disappointing start, many Fantasy managers will be looking for some of Sunday’s heavy hitters to come to the rescue.

A couple of 1.30pm kick-offs get us underway. Community Shield winners Arsenal welcome West Ham to the Emirates before Steven McClaren takes charge of Newcastle for the first time in the top-flight as in-form Southampton roll up to St James’ Park.

Stoke play host to big-spending Liverpool in the late kick-off, with Brendan Rodgers’ side looking to immediately avenge their 6-1 mauling at the Britannia in the final league fixture of 2014/15.

      Coquelin is as overrated as they come never understood the hype. Yes he offers good balance and defensive cover for them but so would any other half decent CDM.

          I've watched most games he has played for you. He's decent and exactly what you need in your team but there are numerous players that are better in his role.

    Well I'm relatively happy with that first half from Newcastle. Lacking a bit of communication at the back, largely b/c Mbemba and Colo haven't played together before, but definitely creating chances.

    Btw, I can definitely see Cedric getting sent off second half. Yellow inside 15 mins, and continued to hack after that. Struggling to deal with the overlap, and may just catch an onrushing Haidara for a second yellow.

    This happens every season. I'm sure the comments were the same about Dier last season 😉
