i'm thinking to hold on tight for now ... i can make my way to get silva next week when i take ritchie out to get extra cash, not sure if sanchez is so essential to force a wild card. Defence is awful, but there are some promising fixture to look forward to - not gonna lie not ideal by any stretch, but feel like with the limited information it's not worth it.

also - there seems to be more value placed on actions created etc. so the playmakers like ozil, eriksen, payet seem to be getting more bonus points

Seriously considering wildcard, current team is this:

    Cech / Schwarzer

    Azpi / Huth / Cedric / Gomez / S Taylor

    Mane / Yaya / Hazard / Mahrez / Fletcher

    Rooney / Benteke / Deeney

Wildcard needed? I'm not happy with keepers or defence. Also need to get Sanchez & Aguero.

    suggestions for me WC team:

    Courtois, McCarthy
    Kolarov, Shaw, Williams, Richards, Targett
    Hazard, Ozil, Ritchie, Mahrez, Shelvey
    Aguero, Pelle, Sakho

    1.5 ITB

Should I have Gomez in there? I know the midfield looks weak but I want to stick with Ritchie as a differential. Great fixtures from GW4.

No don't. Front 8 is good. You have the three most important players in your team. Just use yout FT's over the weeks to tailor that defence. Coates > Richards for example. Mings has good fixtures if he starts playing. Cedric and Shaw will do as well.

seems to me too volatile to tell for long term, could go either way.

      - If/when aguero gets injured, yaya gets on pens and his value will skyrocket
      - not clear how deep will yaya play regularly and how motivated he will be when workload increases with the CL, does he just play more efficiently at dm?
      - silva is injury prone
      - KDB potential signing impact, will silva stay in the hole

right now it's silva for me and silva looks to me like a potential fantasy MVP for the season

I'm just going to log off til Saturday morning and ignore all the price changes. Easy to get far too absorbed in this *thing* that is Fantasy Footy sometimes. 🙂

Just watch. I'll be back in an hour tweaking away...

Go -4 for Silva, I don't think Mahrez is worth the risk of -8

When do we expect FPL to be updated?

Thoughts on the WC team I'm currently sitting on?

    Fabianski
    Kolarov - Williams - Cresswell
    Albrighton - Silva - Sanchez - Young
    Aguero - Gomis - Giroud

    Schmeichel - Targett - Wanyama - Richards

    0.3m ITB

Is my strong forward line going to impact on my midfield? Or should it even out points-wise?

Also, should I be concerned at the fact that I have no Chelsea players? I can easily get one or two in as the fixtures become easier for them..

    Thanks. 🙂

Would you do Coates to Shaw(5.5, looks to be rising this week) or Darmian(5.6, looks to be rising tomorrow?). The extra 0.1 might make it awkward to get other players later. Is Darmian worth the 0.1 at this stage?

Planning to wc ~ gw4 btw. Whoever I get would probably stick in my team even after wc so it'll be for the long term.
