Lukaku and aguero have risen but my team value is still the same? Any idea why?

Why I got Kolarov: He hasn't been in such a fine form ever. His runs, his passes, his crosses are inch perfect.
He did what Monreal did at the end of last year. He played extremely well and imho finally escaped rotation.
His link up with Sterling looked great.
He played against Chelsea and still attacked all of the time.
He is the best crosser in the game because he doesn't float them, he shoots them. Aguero is the best at those. Sticking in a leg. Getting to the nearpost.
His stats are incredible. But not only the obvious ones. He has a great pass completion.
He was incredibly unlucky not to get 2 assists vs Chelsea and still rackes up 3BAPS easily.
He is on a lot of free kicks and even took a corner this season.
City are ticking and we are all expecting them to tick on in the same manner. Why should Pellegrini change smth. He had reason to do so in the past. Not now anymore. Clichy was injured and is an unknown quantity.
They had 2clean shits.
I never owned him before.
You can play him against anyone, as he's like an attacker and always capable of point returns. Gives you time to sort the rest of your defense.

Thinking bench boost this week while my 4.0 players are playing. Got Mcarthy in goals v Villa at home, Oxford at home v bournmouth, Gomez away to Arsenal, and mutch at home to villa. I may not get the chance again when every player gets match time and favourible fixtures to 3 of them (Mutch may not see much time but could always score or assist v villa). Also the rest of my team has decent games this week. Thoughts?

starting Kolarov and Aguero are probably the only decent decisions I've made this season so I hope my WC this week pans out..

looked at his stats and in first 2 matches Kolarov had 75 touches in opponent's third, 5 touches in the penalty box and created 7 chances!

Dont really understand the question marks around Chadli playing time, the guy scores goals and bails Spurs out countless times, if anyone would be threatened it would have to be dembele, surely?

With regards to Silva don't we think there are enough options in midfield to pass on him for now having presumably used 13M on City's attack (Aguero) already? I'm going for Payet/Ayew instead and using the funds for a better front 3.
