    Has there been a discussion about what a selfish immature player coutinho is?
    I'm a pool fan, and he has world class ball handling, but he is not playing to his strengths - 8 shots, none on target, zero key passes, zero chances created.
    If he would look for benteke more livpool would score so much more. Where is Rogers?

    How would you change this team with a WC? Was thinking of holding out to GW4 before deciding on Rooney, Depay.

      moreno makes mistakes defensively.. moreno was subbed on as a defensive RM to help out gomez. hard to read atm. but you would think if liverpool keep getting cleansheets hed stay.

      I think I'm sticking. Butland has great fixtures bar one or two, and Ruddy fills in the blanks. I would mostly play Butland though, Norwich haven't been fantastic defensively.

    Best combination for WC;

    A) Butland - Mertesacker - Hazard - Diouf

    B) Courtois - Shaw - Alexis - Wilson

    2nd GK is McCarthy.
    Still want to keep Hazard given that Chelsea will need to push fwd and has favorable fixtures.
    Not a great fan of Diouf but favorable fixtures ahead..

    Kos was one of the very first names on my teamsheet. However...kinda loving the way Jenkinson rotates with Richards.

    Kos -> Jenks saves me a cool mill and they rotate to at alongside Williams and Kolarkv. Seems strong enough to me. Do you agree?

      Depending on your budget, I've spreaded mine across my full squad this time and gone with Diouf. People are likely to have that two then either £6.5m forward or someone in the Pelle/Lukaku, maybe even Kane bracket.

      Diouf's fixtures are good, Shaqiri supplying him and only owned by 2.1% so a great differential.

    I think Lovren is a good option at 5m. Sakho wasn't even on the bench against Bournemouth and there have been a lot of talks about him leaving the club. Kolo Toure was on the bench and he won't challenge Lovren's spot. He's surely a safer option than Gomez and only costs 0.4 more. A bit of a bap magnet too.

        I really can't see Can taking his place, BR said in preseason that he'll be used in midfield this season. There's no way he starts at CB in a 4 man defence imo.

        Who's ratings? I wouldn't put much stock in newspapers tbh.

        Rodgers has talked him up lately and seems he is going to get an extended run.

        Can can play there but is considered cover Id say. He played as part of a 5. He also came out big in the media at the end of last season and said he'd been t's he'd be playing in his preferred central midfield position next season

      Ayew is more of a goalscorer and but Gomis has pens.

        Well I really like both Ayew and Payet, I think they're better options than both of the strikers. When it comes to those pairs Gomis Payet looks better but that costs 1m more too... I'm facing the same dilemma and currently have G&P (as I'm a huge admirer of Payet) and Gomis has pens like you said, but I guess it comes down to what you can do with the 1m you will save by going with S&A.

                Yeah my WC is active.

                Just having a quick play around with a 3-5-2 draft and came up with this. Could also swap Benteke and Deeney for a different 14m pair or maybe get Silva over Yaya and get a cheaper second striker.

      I remember when he was at Southampton he was average at getting BPS. I guess that was down to Fonte though.

        Not really relevant at all now that he's in a different team. However it is worth noting that Sakho had one of the best baseline BPS/min in the league last season when he played and Lovren's was very high too. Skrtel's CB partner seems to do very well in terms of baps, similarly to the advantage Williams has over Fernandez.

      Timing is everything, I held off on moving Sterling and Wally for marez and Payet to free up cash for Kun this week and it kicked my butt, 19 points, still took the hit this week and lost .3-.4 in TV on Payet, marez and Wally changes

        That's the dilemma, those fixtures are too good. I would swap him for Diouf so whether or not I feel Diouf will claw the 4 back.

    Went from 2.36m rank to 2.34m rank...

    was at 1.3m rank yesterday...Having No Liverpool player spoiled it for me..plus many are going for WC this GW...might have to you a chip and take a hit to remain competitive...
