    Terrible decision to start with Ivanovic. Should have just gone uber... what are owners doing with him at this stage? Chelsea's defence looks a shambles and I wouldn't be surprised if Mou changes a few things!

      Looks good.
      Cedric might come good, but I wouldn't risk it atm.
      Also Romero is little risky pick, if it happens that De Gea stays at united.
      That being said, I would chose Hart & Darmian over Romero & Kompany.

      Hart and Darmian. If you wildcard this early you want players you know will keep their place (ie not Romero) so you can save your transfers for the players you would have wanted (but don't yet know that) if you played WC a few weeks later. You don't want a forced transfer when De Gea comes back.

          I agree utd etc will do well. I'd quite like them in my defence but as I'm not on a WC I have to stick with my guns... I can see a CS for both arsenal and Chelsea this weekend.

    Would appreciate some help from price change predictors here. Diva or anybody else.

    On my WC. Got Yaya's 1st price rise in time. I'm still undecided whether to buy him or Silva but Kompany vs Kolarov I've decided to go for Kolarov- however I got Kompany's price rise today so have him atm.

    My question is are any of Yaya & Kompany likely to have another rise by deadline? Silva & Kolarov are about to go up by tomorrow.

      Same problem as you.
      Yaya shall rise twice, Kompany is still on 5.2% (but then he only rose last night, so give this a check again tonight - if he's above say 20ish% he's in for a rise).

      I'm keeping yaya for now, undecided on Kompany. I'm in the same position as you though, haven't made up my mind on my final team.

      Toure is due to rise again. If you will get the 0.1 profit from this then its better to stick with him for that and then get Kolarov in, even if Kolarov also rises. Reason for this is that if you then sell Kolarov, your selling price would be 5.6. That wouldn't be the case if you get him in now for his rise.

    I see no love for Diouf over here, he seems a decent pick at 6.5. Especially with this whole Stokelona thing going around. Lots of shots vs Spurs and he got a goal.

      Well I have gomis and pelle as the strikers apart from Aguero so I really can't find a place for Diouf. He would be on my radar after that 5-6th gameweek when Pelle's fixtures toughen and Stoke get 2 consecutive home games.

      He and Rooney are the not even in the top 50 of players being transferred out on the FFFix website. I think the hype on here to lose them is more than it is in the overall fpl universe. both may end up surviving

    Should just know how to pick the right one of Sakho, Diouf, Gestede, Wilson...might even forgot someone.

      Wakey made a very good point about jumping on the right one at the right time. If you have the foresight then 3-4-3 is the way to go. I, however, would rather the longevity of a 3-5-2...

    Hello guys. What a terrible start to a season it has been. Would you sit tight and stick with this team? (already taken a hit). Still contemplating to use wildcard to fix it. Mertesacker, Coates, Cedric, Saylor, Rooney players I'd like to get rid.

      I would sit tight, those players can be fixed incrementally over a few weeks rather than rushing into a WC. Rooney and Cedric have promising fixtures this week at least.

    Im torn about wc or not. Struggling badly.

    I am 40 points behind already in my cash league behind a guy who captained kompany both games. Sitting at 78 points...

    I took a hit to get agu in with gomis.

    Agu gomis diouf.

    Basically its not a huge change but i drop haz and shuffle defense. I got 0cs so far from my team. If i didnt start with mahrez i woul have 50ish points. Kinda feels knee jerky to me, but i will have 2mil or so itb to get silva for mane after this gw.

    Thoughts?

    If you have Ivan in your team, keep for next week. He will basically play as a forward the entire game vs a deep lying WBA and will prob keep a CS!
