Hi all.

I think this is the first time I've asked a question on here, so please be gentle!

I have got a front 8 of;
Shaq (SUN), Sanchez (new), Yaya (WAT), Depay (swa), Mahrez (bou), Gomis (MUN), Aguero (WAT), Wilson (LEI)

Currently got Mahrez on my bench but pondering putting Depay on the bench instead. Is this crazy? Form/fixture favours Mahrez..... I could also bench Gomis instead (Man United seem to be pretty solid at the back this season)?

      I'll save my transfer this week so I can adjust my squad accordingly (really need to improve my defence). Will probably ditch Depay unless he does something magical this weekend.

    The defence is ultra cheap + Kolarov.
    I've got money in the bank and plan to save my free this week to do some adjusting next week.
    Saving my chips to use when I am in the running for a manager-of-the-month prize in my leagues (which I am very far away from this month!!).

      Feels like a decent week to play AOA then - most weeks it looks next to useless (and some weeks like it would even harm your team) so I'm not sure saving it for a special occasion is worth it. Your call though, obviously 🙂

    Hats off, seems my impatience was unjustified, I think my pre WC team would have scored more, that Wilson hattie tho most annoyed me tho I did pick up a kola boost!
    No real advantage gained in my WC Numb, TV - 100.9 (0.2 itb) tho I feel Sahko / Depay are 2 issues.

      Well, I guess the £1m probably swings it in that case. I guess the price reflects the fragility of the points returns though, I feel Wilson is more likely to dry up and leave you looking for the next cheap thing. Someone could have emerged though - Deeney maybe?

  I know he's got better as an FPL prospect, but he still doesn't do enough for me in FPL, which is a shame because he's a top player in real life. I think I'd rather someone like Shakiri or even stick with Payet maybe.

  West Ha having trouble both in defense and attack (Jekinson, Sakho,) so I'd offload Payet. Couthino a godd pick, could also look at Ayew or Shaqiri.

  I think you've answered your own question Lucy, it is very kneejerky. I don't see why everyone is dropping Payet, one blank and everyone has turned against him it seems. He still has some great home fixtures.
  
  Coutinho has never been a consistent FPL option, and I don't see that changing. He did look good don't get me wrong but he won't score amazing long range goals every week.
  
  Benteke is the one to have from Liverpool attack IMO 🙂
