    Why didn't they play?

    Walcott - Giroud has been scoring well as of late. Despite coming out and saying midweek that Walcott was his #1 striker, the Englishman needed a rest, and Giroud has been due a start. Walcott has always been a rotation risk, and will continue to be unless there is an injury to one of Giroud or AOC.

    Souare - picked up a knock in training earlier in the week. Shouldn't be anything to worry about, but we will await more news.

    Prodl - dropped with Britos coming in as a replacement. Some have argued that Prodl has been poor recently, but Watford fans argue he has been their most consistent player. Quique Flores has reportedly been looking to add more competition for places. It looks like he decided to give Britos a start to fulfil this wish, since Prodl's performances have slipped in recent weeks.

        He returned to full training on Tuesday, Pardrew probably didn't deem him to be fully fit which is why he didn't include him in the squad.

        I'd imagine he should be back in the squad, if not the XI next weekend, depending on how well he trains this week.

        If I had him I wouldn't sell him; but if I didn't then I would buy him.

        Payet's fixtures aren't great though and West Ham are overperforming right now, while Mahrez is a game time risk.

        Mata and Barkley aren't performing as well right now but they haven't really had the fixtures to so far either. Now though...

    BEST SHORT TERM FRONT THREE?

    I considered getting Costa this week, but ended up transferring in bony instead, after a bit more thought.

    My front three right now are:

    Bony. Vardy. Pelle.

    Pretty solid in terms of form / fixtures IMO.

    So…

    What’s the ultimate front three for the next 3-5 game weeks in your opinion?

    I’m thinking of bringing in lukaku for B or P. Not sure who else I’d want.

    (I have enough in the bank to get kun back whenever he’s figuring properly again. Or (obviously) anyone else.)

    please don't judge me too harshly... but:

    A: Hazard to Sterling
    B: Hazard & Costa to Sterling & Lukaku (-4pts)

    I thought Chelsea would turn it around, did alright with Costa capt last week. Plan will be to have $$$ for when Aguero's back, keep Costa until Norwich at least or pull trigger now?

    Other suggestions are welcome. Everton's fixtures seem to promising to not have any of their players.

    Giroud seems to be a deterrent to Sanchez points, whenever he's on the pitch Sanchez can't score.

    Defenders usually press forward when Giroud plays coz he's slow. With Walcott, they have to drop deeper which allows Sanchez to run at them and have shots.

    This is my thinking. Could be wrong.

    Almost all of us have the exact same teams, but for a Barkley over Mahrez, Ayew over Payet.

    I need some big things to happen soon so I can plan and scheme for 2nd WC, and 2nd half of season!!

    I hate to do it, but I need to say I need some big big injuries.

          I'll get Payet in but would like to capitalise on Utd and City fixtures till GW 15. Payet's ownership means I won't able to improve my OR with him, just maintain it.
