              The British word "Quid" originated from the American Colonies (circa-1700's) when the descendants of the original Scots-Irish colonists returned to the seas as Marines for what was to become the U.S. Navy.         "Chuid" is Gealic for portion or share. It entered English vernacular in the 1800's with Irish serving in the British military. The Irish referred to their pay as their "chuid" and was Anglicized to "quid" that we still use today. One Pound Sterling equals one Quid (English) or Chuid (Gealic).

    That decision to save FT rather than doing Martial > Lukaku cost me 20p (would've been cap). Plus Martial's 0.1 profit was vanished and Lukaku has gone up.

    Moral of the story: Don't save FT

    Seriously...and Debauchy spoke about this earlier...for anybody who hasn't given the UFPL game a proper go I'd urge you to try it again...It's a great game...

    Already this season we've had WR, as a regular poster, win the monthly prize, and I came very close in August...it's as exciting as hell when that happens...

    If you like punts, transfers and hits UFPL is absolutely the game for you...FPL seems like such a small game once you've converted...

      love punts transfers and hits but that is one poxy game imo.. managing 15 players is enough of a head wrecker never mind 25.. how many people play that out of curiosity?

        Once you've got your team sorted and the transfer window shuts it's actually pretty easy to play. 23k people play it.

          love it wakey.. i remember trying it when they first ran it i think for a few months at the end of the season a couple of years back couldnt get into it at all.. maybe have another blast next season
