Never getting a defender for a hit is a complete fallacy and shouldn't be preached so much on here.
Was planning to dobdawdon to vvd for a hit before last weeks game but chickened out because of the hit nonsense. This ended up costing me as not only did vvd instantly make up for it last week, now I'd be extra 8 points ahead if I followed through. Was my mistake but I wish that advice wasn't spewed out so often because it's very situational.

  Very rarely does a defender hit work out for that particular week but can longer term. When most people say don't take a hit they're talking about it in the very short term for that week - which is usually right.

    I guess but that's silly also as if it makes up for and you prior for it the next week then that advice is nonsensical.
    
    Also last time I brought in bellerin for kolorov for a hit and I received 10 points.
    I know that's rare but again I just wish that advice was spewed so openly on here.

  Same reason why I have just done Sagna > Ward for a hit, Zabaleta might return meaning Sagna is benched and Ward plays Sunderland at home.

Which option?

A) Aguero + Ighalo + Lingard/Surman
B) Aguero + Deulofeu + Jerome/Watmore/Kone (-4)

A means a 3-4-3 formation with Ighalo as my 3rd striker. Surman for no benching headaches, Lingard for a benching headache

B means a 3-5-2 formation with Deulofeu as my 5th mid, Vardy my 2nd striker. Watmore for no benching headaches, Jerome/Kone for a benching headache.

    Part 1:
    
    -Guy records vid to his mate, upon rewatching can see someone standing at the window. People in the forum/thread use photoshop to advance image and show him.
    
    Part 2:
    
    - Week later, same guy hears banging from somewhere in house/out of house, and records walking round his house looking.
    -People on forum/thread analyse his video and reveal there is someone in the corner of one of the rooms = this terrifies him.
    
    It's very creepy, as upon slowing down + enhancement there is clearly a guy in the house that has broken in.

    He never saw this but his phoned picked it out when recording, people slowed the video down and got this screenshot. His brother saw the same figure 15 years ago. Also you can see a face in a reflection of the window.
