Sneaking in late like John Terry in a triumphant team photo, Granville gatecrashes this week’s ScoutCast after we drafted in Andy85WSM as his able replacement.

Andy tag teams with Jonty and myself as we look back ten days at the long forgotten Gameweek 12, before grappling with another round of posers from the community.

We cast tentative votes on the Aguero debate, assess Lukaku’s armband credentials, check that we really can write off Chelsea and question whether time is up for Sanchez in the light of Ozil’s streak of assists.

After all that, Granville parachutes in and we get a few minutes to gloat over his injury-ravaged squad. A worthy cameo contribution.

This episode of the ScoutCast was recorded and broadcast live on Wednesday evening, published via our YouTube channel.

        Being an Everton fan means I am subjecting myself to either great joy or great despair. I'm still not sure I trust Everton enough.

      If I had Kane, I have no idea who I'd go with, probably still Lukaku for the fun of it, but Kane is the number 1 safe option this week.

          I wonder if that's to do with Kane's prospects, or if it's to do with Lukaku's "troll" reputation.

          Romelu is arguably in better form, and is playing a worse team at home, whereas Kane is playing a derby against a team that don't look that solid.

          It's really 50/50 in my eyes, sorry that that's absolutely zero help whatsoever. I think the fact that you support Everton should lead to you picking Lukaka 😉

            The fact that I support Everton imbues me with an innate pessimism and lack of trust aha. Kane's goal threat is slightly higher, but Lukaku's assist potential is much better. Villa and West Ham's defensive stats are really similar, both at home...this is going to come down to something really arbitrary.

              Who would you imagine has the highest ceiling?

              As in, could you see Kane getting a hattrick? Could you see Lukaku getting a goal and 2 assists? Do you see either of them as more of a focal point for their respective teams?

                They're both the focal points, everything we do goes through Lukaku, but it seems pretty similar with Kane (though a Spurs fan/watcher may correct me on that). I really don't know who has the higher ceiling, I could see either running riot.

                I really can't separate them.

      I'm not really persuaded by Lingard, so not A. Mane looks in worse form than Tadic but frankly Soton attack did not look promising last few weeks.

            Don't think you can do much better than Westwood with 4.4. There is a doubt that Garde will drop him possibly. Maybe Wanyama or possibly Stanislas. I would see how all 3 do this weekend and maybe make a decision next week at the earliest

                Surman is better for 4,3 and Coq will only take you precious Arsenal place.
                I would downgrade Cedric to Simpson and you have your 1 million. Cedric is good I like his very much but Koeman rotates him all the time which is annoying.

      Works fine for me - are you listening through a browser? Maybe try a different one or clear cache/cookies etc
