Saturday’s opening fixture Norwich City against Everton at Carrow Road. The Canaries go in search of just their second win in 11 matches, while the Toffees could stretch out their unbeaten streak to six with a result in Norfolk.

Despite turning out strong performances in their previous two home clashes, Norwich have struggled in attack over the last four Gameweeks, ranking second-bottom for goals (two), third-bottom for attempts (27) and bottom for shots inside the box (14). That being said, Alex Neil will draw encouragement from the fact they conceded just four goals during that period and claimed their first clean sheet of the campaign.

No team racked up more goals (nine) than Everton across the last four Gameweeks. Furthermore, they charted joint-second for shots on target (23), as they continue to profit from a favourable schedule. Although the Merseysiders restricted their opponents to four big chances, only four teams conceded more shots inside the box (33) – which paints a different picture in regards to their shut-out prospects.

Baines was barely worthwhile with penalties. Now he no longer has those.

Actually, when Kompany is fit that is a primary reason to have him. The addition of attacking bonuses makes him a cut above other City options.

They have become they players they have through leaving Chelsea.

Their development was completely stalling playing no football.

And maybe they didn't want to kick around on the bench?

KDB wasn't getting past Hazard. Lukaku has looked like Chelsea's best option for years. That was truly insane. It also seems against Mourinho's usual obsession with power and effort because he has that in bucket loads.

What a first half from Everton. All other sides must be asking questions of their scouts for missing Deulofeu at that price. He's fantastic.

People slating Lukaku are ignoring his fantastic movement, holding up the ball and his overall display. As a non-captainer I'm a bit nervous but my brother in our head to head doesn't have him! He must have been ignoring the fixture list to not have him at all.
