    What do people think on WBA defensive assets now the juicy fixtures are up?

    Just checked out their teams stats and they are slightly underwhelming for a 'solid defensive side' but I guess they were against top teams.

    Im looking to bring in Myhill for Cech which will allow me to double up on Arsenal mid of Ramsey and Ozil. What do you think?

      I believe (in fact I read an article where Baines was quoted) he gave up the responsibility to Lukaku to boost his goal scoring potential as he felt it would benefit the confidence of their No.1 striker.

      As such, I'd have thought he was on pens when Lukaku wasn't on the field, but otherwise not

    Getting rid of Mahrez when he was dropped has been the worst decision of my FF career! he's killing my season.

    Tshelby, you were the Gent fan, right? Just wanted to say, I completely understand that from your perspective, as you hope Gent to advance as far as possible, you wish an easier draw rather than an impossible one.

    From my neutral, competition point of view, however, I would not have wished that you'd play Chelsea. That would put two weak teams against each other. 😉

    Rather Barcelona to play you, and Chelsea to match up with Bayern. 🙂 Also, from a supporter point of view, you might wish that now that you are in CL you would at least once receive a really really big club of the moment, like Barcelona. So, from that perspective I might in your position as well prefer drawing Barca to drawing Wolfsburg who might not be quite as exciting opponent.

      Haha yeah I wanted Chelsea because it would be easier then Wolfsburg imo, and also to see Hazard and Courtois once again :). And in Gent we all are sad because it's just Wolfsburg we all hoped on Barca or Madrid cause in the groupfase it all were also littler teams.. But we hope to beat Wolfsburg to get a big fish then, is it possible to get barca or madrid then?

        Atm easier than Wolfsburg, who are a decent team playing good football, the best out of the "weak" ones, imo. But you can't yet know how good Chelsea is in February. They still are the reigning PL champions, and the quality of the squad is not to be doubted - and Mourinho still is a cunning manager, tough to play against.

        Obviously it will be tough for you to get Madrid or Barcelona in QF's, since they have little chances to advance against the mighty Roma and Arsenal, respectively. 😉 😆

          But I need to admit there is something wrong with the system and it starts with the group phase if you look at the group that we had and that ManU had it ridiculous and for us a bit sad that we hadn't had a big club in the group phase but on the other hand are we happy we could go through as a debutant
