The Scout Cups Reminder

Just a very brief reminder that entry for both the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII and Fantasy Football Scout Members Cup VI is set to close at 9am on Tuesday morning. Once that deadline has passed, we’ll process the results and will then announce the qualifiers and First Round draw on Wednesday afternoon.

Prior to that, we’ll also try to give an early indication on the likely qualifying scores on Monday evening or as early as possible on Tuesday.

To enter the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII, all you have to do is fill out the entry form here.

Fantasy Football Scout Members can also enter the Members Cup VI via this entry form.

You will be asked to verify your FPL team ID – note that, if you fail to confirm your ID, you will not be entered. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify your entry.

As mentioned previously, the First Round is set to take place over Gameweek 23, i.e. this coming weekend. If you’re looking for more information on the cup schedule and prizes available, click this link for a more thorough rundown.

    Just worked out I have enough funds to swap Moreno, Alli and Kane to Baines, Stanislas and Costa.

    So likely I'll do the first transfer this week, save my other FT, and do the other 2 next week for free.

        I need to mix it up if I'm any chance of winning my ML. Moreno can't keep a CS, we know what Baines can do. Alli is my fifth mid so getting Stanislas eases my benches headache. And I've wanted Costa for the last couple weeks.

        Kane is a poor pick imo, most of his shots coming outside the box now and he doesn't even look dangerous. Very jammy goal and assist on the weekend

        I don't get how it's a 'waste' of a FT. If you have a non-playing or low scoring GK and you upgrade to a decent scoring one, it's a good use of a FT, just like in any other position.

    I don't like the Newcastle fixtures so won't be bringing Wijnaldum.

    Firmino is definitely my midfielder of choice as a Mahrez replacement. Looks really sharp too.

      Same dilemma. Both are likely to have a double. Firmino more likely to score, Barkley more likely to assist. Hard choice. if u have Lukaku maybe go for Firmino but i am also tempted to double up on Everton with those fixtures

    Just did comparison between KDB's home - away key stats.

    Away:

    Pen box touches: 47 % less

    Chances created: 36 % less

    Goal attempts: 23 % less

    Nothing new here but need re think his spot in my team.
