Euro 2016 is now just one day away after Portugal’s 7-0 win over Estonia brought an end to the recent batch of friendlies last night. In the first in a series of two members articles, we focus on some of the most pertinent statistics over each sides’ last four friendlies this calendar year. We begin with a look at the standout performers in defence and also assess a trio of midfielders, with a further three players in the centre of the park set to feature in tomorrow’s follow-up piece.

      not sure of keepers but patricio seems to be a steal at 5m and either strinic, ciman, guerriero, lindelof all at 4m but question marks on game time..

      I like Nolito as cheap and could be star of the show, Not sure Fabergas will play in starting 11 and if so will be to far back. I am looking at loading up on Germans and French then a possible wild card after game 1 (Mcdonalds league)

    but just now read somewhere that i would require some 4.0-5.0M player to balance out later in the tournament.

      This is the latest information i have for the Spain set up starting line up:

      Spain: De Gea; Juanfran, Piqué, Ramos, Alba; Busquets, Iniesta, Thiago; Silva, Nolito, Morata.

      It looks like there will be a changing of the guard in goal, with David de Gea replacing Iker Casillas. Nolito has shone in attack in the pre-EURO friendlies, scoring four goals in two games, and is set to lead the line alongside Álvaro Morata.

        Fabregas will play instead of Thiago imo and Morata is doubtful for the first game.

          It is only a guide based on I presume pre season games and the qualifiers. Who actually plays is still a surprise as I am sure there will be some changes by managers.

          Why do you say Morata is doubtful???
