The Belgium and France midfields come under analysis after some stellar recent displays, whilst we also assess a number of in-form forwards ahead of tonight’s opening match of Euro 2016.
I see a lot of teams with KDB, you can save 2.5 by having Mertens. No brainer for me
KdB is gonna play no.10 though and everything goes through him, I have neither but will prob hop on KdB after the Italy game.
Can't justify paying 2.5 more for a no 10. That is because I have Ronaldo and need the money
Because KDB will get you twice as many points. Also, Carrasco was the best player on the pitch in the Champions League so I wouldn't be confident that Mertens will play every minute of the groups.
How do you know KDB will score twice many points? Based on what? Gametime? Mertens has been great for club and country, better value
Carrasco came late to the NT due to his participation in the CL final with Atletico, that is why he didnt participate in Belgium's friendlies but when the tournament kicks off he could take Mertens spot in the team... same with Greizmann with France
Can't see that happening. Mertens has been a regular for years and Wilmots is not a manager who does lates changes like this. Carrasco will be used as an impact sub I think

If Rooney plays in midfield Alli will be very limited, Matuidi is box-to-box with the top 3 preoccupied by Romania's defenders Matiuidi could do well with one of his runs into the box

Just switch your players in and out as the games pass and some of your players inevitably blank. You may end up with 4 defenders by the last game, or you may not.
Mind the upcoming deadlines for transfers, not just daily substitutions...
